US Chapter 7 Liquidation in October?

This has been going through e-mails. Thought it deserved furthur research.
Also, have heard all military leaves have been cancelled for September.
In todays news in California, they have arrested "a cell" that was planning an attack on September 11 of this year. A lot going on.




Several people have requesting more information about the
significance of October 17th, 2005, and also what exactly is the
"October Surprised'' about that is being discussed on the low in
powerful political circles.

Now October 17th, 2005, is the date when the new bankruptcy laws
go into effect, and also the little know fact that this will
change the U.S.'s bankruptcy Status from a Chapter 11
Reorganization to a Chapter 7 Liquidation.

The foreign creditors that own most U.S. citizen's bonded birth
certificate security, will now be able to come in and liquidate
all of their tangible & intangible assets. Yes, including the
people aka U.S. citizen, because based on unrevealed non
disclosed adhesion contracts they will be held as surety
for their Strawman.

The people fall under the category of intangible assets and thus
have the "privilege'' to work off their personal debt & the
national debt (see # 11) in one of the up and running National
Concentration Camps located through
out the country. (see # 12).

All that's missing is another 9-11/national emergency.

If your watching the news I‚m sure you see how they are mentally
preparing the people to accept the Al-Qaedaians as this months
new
demon terrorist.
What a perfect excuse to take away whatever residual rights left
from 9-11.
It is advised to keep Chicago US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald in
your prayers he seems to be one of the few people that has the
guts to try and bring these tyrants to justice.

It is going happen sooner or later. I believe the house built on the sand is going to collapse of it's own weight. The question here is .... What if it is true then what???

We still have options, if we would just exercise them.

If it is true then it will be a very hard lesson. Why else would they want to disarm the population?

If it is not then we must learn to take more things with a grain of salt and look them over really well before we pass them on.

Now would be an excellent time to convert as many of your FRN's to gold and silver as possible, as this will undoubtedly help the fall of the US dollar. I'm picking up 300oz of silver later on today.

Keep off the radar screen if you can, it will increase your chances of survival.

You're absolutely right. The new Bankruptcy law will make it harder to file Chapter 7 Liquidation. The courts will be pushing for the Chapter 13 reorganization. I know this because my wife and I are in Chapter 7 right now and our attorney told me a little about what this new law will do. It's ridiculous if you ask me because there are real people, in real trouble and there needs to be fresh start. IMO, reorganizing doesn't prevent the inevitable.....just prolongs it.

As for how we came to Chapter 7, well, that does not belong in this thread.

Seems to me now would be good time to file an "Affidavit of Corporate denial" to counter the IRS and SSA adhesion contracts that connect you to the Strawman/business side. Copyrighting of the name, in conjunction with the above, would give you the paperwork necessary to side step the legal issue. Also knowing how and WHY being able to sign your name "Without predjudice UCC 1-207" ( Correction UCC1-308) would help.

Now understanding that the corporate dogs will probably be of the mind set to terminate any resistance- including people that show paperwork to separate them from the Corporate responsibility. It may be a good time to get plan, few supplies and brush up on your target shooting. Talk with other people on this. Your "rights" as a corporate member( U.S. citizen) start with the 14th Ammendment. The soveriegns rights are still anchored in the Declaration of Independance, USConstitution and Bill of Rights. However- THE UNITED STATES (INC) has already declared a state of war between them and the soveriegn. ( Trading with the Enemy Act)

Hang on kids- the partys about to get started. It's just a question of how long until they pull the plug. Here's a hint- look for the $5 and $10 to be issued in the Crayola version- like the new $20's are. That is the signal to watch for.

If what is being said is true and I am not saying it is, then there will be many people that are presently in the dark that will have a very rude awakening. Allot of people that have been in denial will suddenly know the truth of what has been going on for thousands of years. As a believer, IMHO, this would be the start of what is called the tribulation period in the Bible. To me I see it as an exciting time, but also a time of great turmoil and unrest for those that do not undertsand. I pray this is not true due to those that are not believers because IMHO it will be hardest on them.
