Possible nuclear strike in August

After reading an executive order giving **** Cheney power over the military, reading the from the link below, how congress will be out in August and reading how the "god of war" Mars is going to be coming close in August I think some thing very bad is going to happen. Maybe a possible tacticle strike on Iran? Also saw an executive order "blocking" certain companies from doing some thing in Iran, Syria, China, and a couple of other I can recall.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Based on info coming out of intel. community as far back as mid '90s and based on info out of US intel community in the past two months, "terrorist attack" on US is pending that will dwarf that of Sept. 11, 2001. Apparently, even some military folks in the know are looking for assignments/billets overseas.

From what I have gathered, such an attack may pave way for "external control" of United States during which control major cities are to be cordoned off for 50 miles around with Atlanta being "nerve center".

Also, from what I've gathered, some rogue network of "Aryan Supremacists" managed to break off a few arrows during the early to mid 90s.

What is the Cheney over the military, source, if an ex.order, what date , number?

Do a gooogle search type in executive orders
then click on the link at the top that says
Executive orders issued by the president.
Look for the July 27th exec. order.
Sorry wasn't cheney was sec. of defense that was given presidential power over military.
Any way if you try to access these files directly through the white house site you will get an error message every time.
Guess he doent want us to know what is goin on.

on base at Fort Belvoir and all this week the military was practicing a terrorist attack. The events a Bio Radioactive agent hits Norfolk, Virginia, Chemical agent hits D.C. and some other spots. Notice traffic has been light a lot of unexpected surveys on the road just dont seem right. I sense something in the future bigger than 911
