Abrogating Posse Comitatus (aka The Patriot Act Is Not Enough)

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Is it possible that the events surrounding the New Orleans disaster are being purposed to encourage the US Congress to [further] abrogate Posse Comitatus?

Perhaps see: http://www.dojgov.net/posse_comitatus_act.htm. I do not necessarily endorse or agree with the opinions or ideas on the site.

P.S.: WHY IS THE NEWS OBSESSED WITH THE POWER TO FORCE PEOPLE OF THEIR HOMES? On Fox, a newscaster indicated that to someone staying in their house that it was commented by a police officer that "once things are federalized they are gonna force you out of your house." What is the obsession with seeing forcible ejection?

how about this take on things?

After thinking about it, you may be right. So, here is the scenario I see unfolding:

The feds move in under the guise of restoring order, and removing people that think they own their property, at gunpoint. This is publisized by the media whores which lend it a "they are all looneys, disturbed by the disaster" spin.

If an insufficient number of americans complain, then the government will use such methods and stronger next time. They know that the sheeple are complacent. They just can never be sure how much so.

The Mexicans have now joined in under the idea of international cooperation and relief. This will get the sheeple used to the idea of the greater american co-prosperity sphere. Again, if not enough of the good slaves complain, it will continue. This way, if an american or state sovereign shoot at a foreigner, it brings an international incident, but if a foreigner shoots one of us, it's "sorry, we cannot tell them what to do, they aren't ours". Just another way to get around the "LAW".

Alex Jones says there are eyewitness reports of ARMED Mexican troops coming into the USA to "help" with the disaster relief efforts.

Sadly, since most people hear his name and dismiss the fact that he has witnesses who saw this, I've been trying to get independent "non-media" coorboration. All the media coorborates is the UNARMED troops coming in.

First thing I heard many years ago is that National Guard and even regular Army troops would not be inclined to fight thier neighbors on US soil. To that end, the proposed solution was to sent units to operate in OTHER states.

Now, if they will let armed foreign troops in, they have an easy workaround. Mexicans won't hesitate to kill Americans. In Mexico, the cops and military are pretty much bloody butchers when let off their leash. :(

Whats the point of armed troops for a relief effort? There are plenty of US troops and police officers. Apparently they are making moves to disarm people in their houses even if they stay.

Not to be alarmist at all..but...is the message here that: if multiple cities are hit by nuclear strikes. Are they going to send troops in, take people's guns, force them out of their houses into 'concentration shelters'?
