About six years ago, a guy at a rather reknown motion picture lighting company and I were chatting. I was talking with him about purchasing lighting for a sound stage. And after a bit, he's like: "You wanna know something?" I was like "Go ahead." "The CIA put in a big order for these lights." From what I recall he laughed a bit then said: "I wonder what on earth they are using those for." I smirked a little, being already somewhat in the know. "Who knows?" I replied.
Pretty much its all PSYOPS. C-N-'en' = PSYOPS operation. A very old German told me man years ago that television (fernsehen or fernsehenapparatten--(think 'far/tele seeing/skopos (Gr.)' or 'far seeing apparatus')) from its very inception was intended to be a means of actualizing PSYOPS on as many minds as verily possible.
