How about judging the judges?

Isn't it way past time these tyrants are held accountable by hanging?

I think that there should be a oversight board comprised of everdays joe sixpacks having jursidiction over the judges. No bar members allowed! If the judciary scews up.....they get nailed!

Nailed is good. What kind of cross do you recommend?

Wil and the late Pam Gaston were able to recuse 44 of 47 judges in Oregon. They took their case all the way to the Oregon Supreme Court, where the STATE OF OREGON was found guilty of racketeering, kidnapping, and more... See their story at A Voice for Children.

With all of that.. Wil still hasn't gotten his daughter Melissa back.

Do you need a better example ?

Clearly, accountablility is needed..

Exactly my point Akira: It seems that all of the high profile cases upon which a lot a folks are building their hope are proving to be at the least ineffective.

In the case you reference, the Gastons, though they IMHO, have a viable claim, a noble cause, and pleanty of evidence, the judges merely were recused.. meaning that the judges could not hear that particular case or cases directlly related to it. It is not like the judges lost their jobs. REMEDY simply is not going to be found within the defacto system.

Henry,

I think a saltier is quite appropriate.....thataway from a visual perspective, it looks like they were X'ed out! LOL

Another option is ship them down to texas and strap them down to a fire ant hill and pour honey all over them!
