Smile I love a parade...
I love the whole seatbelt issue.

Cop dude says" You weren't wearing a seatbelt!"

Fastening my seatbelt, I say: "If YOU say so, but that's heresay isn't it?"

Actually one of my first cars was a Vauxhaul Viva...they never came with seatbelts...does that mean I'm a repeat offender?

Which brings me to the point of the arguement and your claim....where's the injured party?
