Thumbs up STAR WARS: Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith

I thought I would start a thread about the latest episode of "Star Wars". This helps fill in the missing pieces to the Star Wars saga, but now it compells you to watch all the other episodes.

I watched the movie yesterday and thought it was really good and noticed that some of the lines parallels what is happening today. I hope you enjoy the movie if you so choose to watch it.

may peace be with you always.

star wars

i explained a while back that the star wars movies are telling the story IN REVERSE of the war between the annunaqi and the reptilian races. This war continues to this day. George Lucas being a schooled in the illuminati (reptilian doctrine) is trying to get people to believe that the light force is good and the dark force is bad, but, its the opposite. Darth Vadar is actually the good guy and the jedi knights are following the wrong doctrine. They have almost all the main alien races from the sumerian tablets in the movie, you got the seirians (bigfoot races) represented by the chubbakas, you got the greys represented by yoda, they throw in one actual annunaki ( the black guy). interesting stuff, but part of the illuminati's plan to get you to worship the light when truth is in the darkness," come with me my son", you guys better follow darth vadars teachings. Look at Luke Skywalker's first name and it should clue you in to the game thats being played with your mind. Luke is short for Lucifer, Darth Vadar was trying to save Luke, thats why he said "come with me my son to the dark side".

Saw it today. The special effects were incredible, and it filled in most all the blanks, how Vader came to be, but yet it was lacking. The acting left something to be desired, frankly Hayden (or whatever his name is) is a terrible actor, he had absolutely no connection with Natalie Portman, they missed the emotion almost entirely. About the only decent actor played by a real human was Samuel L Jackson, he did well. They tried to shove 12 pounds of crap into a 5 pound bag as well. It was a 7 or 8 hour movie cut and pasted and smashed into a 2 and a half hour span. No flow whatsoever. Very little purpose or plotline, beyond the obvious transformation of Annakin and the forced filling in of blanks of what happened to the Jedi, Padme, etc. Episode 1 was largely worthless, had very little point to anything. Episode 2 had a decent amount of activity, and Episode 3 was a cluster**** of things happening. Its like they got to Ep 3 and realized "hey, we havent explained anything yet... crap... we have a bazillion unresolved issues, many of which should have been handled in the previous movies, to fill in this movie now!" Also, they went totally overkill on the CG. Half the scenes had no point beyond simply displaying what they could do with the computer graphics. Pretty, yes, but wholly useless and adding no value to the film.

Overall, I give it a C-

the whole corrupt-dictator-with-permanent-"emergency"-powers thing was a pretty blatant jab at the presidency, but the evil republic(democracy) vs. good separatists/rebels thing was still interesting.

and yes, the dialogue/acting/plot holes sucked.

I still haven't seen it yet but I'm interested to see how they explain Hayden's voice becoming so deep after putting on a breather mask.

By the way, I agree with Raptor. Who the hell casted this guy as Annikin? It just ain't workin. He's just a little smart mouth punk. There is nothing menacing about him. The lame attempt at inner turmoil is very sad.

The meaning of the Star Wars movies for me has always been a hint at Christianity. The force for me is the Holy Spirit. A Jedi, no doubt, could say to this mulberry tree "Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,' and it would obey you." Luke 17:6

For me, Luke's name is just another hint. Just as Christians name their children after people in the Bible. Maybe it's George's way of hinting that the Luke character reflects a bit of his own personality.....you know ...George Lucas - Luke..... The story reminds me of the "Hero's Journey" by Joseph Campbell.

You shall know them by their fruit. "For a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit." Luke 6:43

Where do we see the character of Luke acting evil? Where do we see the character of Vader acting righteous? The rebels seek to be free and to enslave no one. The empire seeks to enslave all just like Satan.

I thought the explaination of what the "Force" is, that George Lucas gave in Episode 1, was beyond lame.

On the whole I like the movie, but KT and Rapter are right about Hayden. For one this guy could not act his way out of a paper bag. The special effects were great, though. The best thing I liked about the movie was the parallel to what is happening in our country today, right now. Jack Smith always finds things in movies that tell us either what is happening or what will take place. I am starting to view movies with the same critical eye. I especially liked it when Natalie Portman said: "So this is what losing your liberties is like." I think George knows quite a bit about what is really happening.
