Yay, Me !

I told about 3 or 4 Publix supermarket managers how they were losing lots of money by people balking at getting a deli sandwich because the lines were full.

I told them to have lists with all the stuff available for people to check off and then put into a receptacle for the clerk to pull and make the sandwich while the customer shops.

They didn't go all the way with it, but now those same stores, (could be policy now) have a seperate clerk at a table take orders at certain peak hours and transmit the tickets to the deli
