Help!! CPS PROBLEM!

Hello all,
A dear friend of mine is at risk of having her child taken away from her. Her and her husband were informed that if her child is absent from school for 9 days per school year, the Department of Social Services (otherwise known as CPS) will visit the home and probably take the child away. This is a two parent family each have jobs, mother is in college also... they subscribe to Christian principles of home self healing (for such things like colds, flu, headaches, minor injuries, etc). The child has already missed 7 days due to bad colds/flu. The "rules" state that 9 absenses PERIOD is grounds for a visit by DSS. I know this is all color of law, but how can I help this family stop these perverts from creating another victim. FYI: They are located in Massachusetts.

cancel the marriage license immediately.

these two are the main source of dept authority greater than the parents.

remind them both their Brother said "teach your own children as Dad told you to do; stop abandoning them to the world's church!" -- me.

Probably be worth your (and their) time to read the "Anti DSHS Rights Handbook", in the downloads, under "family rights" section.

End game, "possession" is the rule! If they take the child, game over. Your friends need to drop every roadblock humanly imaginable in the way of these creeps. Start a paper war. They need to take all their vacation and sick days NOW, quit work, take the next two months, and wage that paper war.

If it were me, knowing what I know now, and the situation came down to CPS knocking on the door... well, to (partially) quote Charlton Heston, they'd have rip my children out of my cold dead hands. Intimidation, coersion, duress, fear, threats... what more can they do to you beyond taking away your child? They will promise you hope that you can get the child back by cooperating. "You'll make things worse if you don't cooperate". LIARS. It doesn't get worse unless you VOLUNTEER to let them take your child. FIGHT NOW! Make them FORCE you every step of the way. Make them have to use violence to enter the home, and make them use violence to remove that child from your embrace. Every man should grow a backbone and FIGHT for their child. These are intruders, breaking into your home to kidnap your child! A man must get in touch with his inner barbarian, and release the hidden savage. Take off the tie, lose the dockers, and suit up for combat...

Start the paper war now, and pray to God that it doesn't go beyond that. I believe a child in that situation MUST see these devils beat his/her daddy to a pulp to make it clear this is kidnapping. Harsh? Yep. But that child will always know that Dad risked his life for his family. No way they can manipulate that child into a trusting relationship after they beat the Dad up right there in his own house! These evil people will forever be monsters in the child's eyes after witnessing them kick down the door and beat up the parents. Otherwise, these monsters will convince the child to fear their parents and trust the devil. Can't recover from that.

CPS involvment is an act of war! Never forget that.
