Anti DSHS Rights Handbook

After trying to download this file for almost 2 months, I would request anyone that has the file available to please send.

I have 15 year old son that seems to enjoy the lax Parenting skills of the state.

Do the lax parenting skills of the state mean that he is in foster care?

The thing that scares me about this article is it's reliance on the 14th Amendment

US citizens have "liberty interests", "by and through the 14th amendment"

You are right on the money with that weis, but if you are a 14th amendment citizen, then you are kind of stuck in that position anyway (unless you do something about it).
