Restraining Order

Does anyone happen to know anything about how a restraining order works? If one was to put a restraining order on someone who has children, even the children can not come into contact with the one who put the restraining order on the mother? One can not lift the order off the children and still have the order on the mother? I don't see how this could happen, but I don't know the whole deal on restraining orders either.

Restraining orders can be modified or replaced to specify certain individuals and/or to specify certain places or activities; e.g., the father can see his children but not his ex-wife, or see his children but not in the ex-wife's home, or stay away from the childrens' school, etc.

hello

The restraining order set aside, what charge does "terrorizing" fall under? A felony? or other?

And a biggie question here: if someone was arrested for "terrorizing" and the police officer did not read them their miranda rights, could the one charged have the charges dropped?
