Putting an end to stealing our children

I think it's high time we start dispatching CPS personnel with extreme prejudice.

I can assure you that taking my child will gain you no less than one new breathing hole - regardless of the outcome. If enough parents took this stance, you wouldn't see their children getting shipped off to the pedophiles in CPS.

Possession is 9/10 of the law never ever let them take your possession.

David R4C may not help to get the baby back but a LoR may help identify her status of who she is, then maybe she can file for a cert. of exigent circumstances, heres why:

look at the citizens handbook page 13 under children: attachment below..

http://www.suijuris.net/forum/attach...f?d=1216258270

My theory is: IF the father has a birth certificate and most likely mom, the baby is assumed to be a citizen already because of the mom and dads status even though there is no baby birth certificate, and I think this is how they are getting around the idea of us claiming the baby has no birth cert. and not a citizen, so one must publicly claim their status and never ever give the baby up even if you have to hide them from their clutches.

So if you publicly claim your status you may have a better chance at getting the baby back, just a thought!
