My 17 year old daughter is in rebellion big time!! She is violent and calls us all sorts of names.She has learned to play the system and she has done all we can with her. Well in a court case SHE was ordered to take family counseling and anger management. Well my daughter refused to go to most of her sessions and we did not do family counseling. we wwill not go to the county counslors whom we do not trust. Anyway WE are not being made to shoe up to show show cause in court . There was never an order or a case or charge in MY name. This is so rediculous. We will be back to court august 10.Wish I knew more about the law. Right now we are doing the suijuris thing. I am still learning and would love some advice. dobbiemom

When will she be 18? after that she will be on her own and you won't be dragged into court with her, and I really doubt family court will take her from the home if she's close to 18 cause they don't see much revenue left to suck up from her. I never had girls but if she is still in school pull her out and finish at home, depending what state you live in you can do on line schooling.

Sounds like to much outside interference in raising your girl.
