Why would you bother with such a useless endeavor? They are the ones making the certification so how does this concern you? I suspect you applied for a certified copy, but revoking your signature will have no effect, the certification will still be within their database.

Move on to bigger and better things.

Revoke YOUR signature on a BC? You were able to hold a pen just after you entered in to this world?

difficult

I believe it would be very difficult to revoke a signature or autograph that you DID NOT place on a document at time of birth.

Mislead parents into registrating a birth which alows the vessel to be created.

Since your autograph does not appear on the document, I believe one could get very creative as to utilize the reistration.

Peace

Well from my understanding (whatever that's worth) the BC is evidence of a security interest in the legal fiction. Purchasing it with fiat currency gives incomplete title to the proceeds and profits generated by the legal fiction. The exchange of security interests leaves title to the hard assets accumulated by the legal fiction in dispute.

That is why the gov't has any claim at all to the the legal fiction.

If you buy the BC with silver or gold you will have full title to all proceeds . This is because the debt is paid as opposed to discharged into the future.

As far as the registration is concerned, restrictive indorsements should be effective but you might bust the trust. The restriction must in some way provide proof positive that the signor waived no rights and is the issuer (the one who takes substantive liability) of the registration. How you would do this i don't know.

You also can create your own legal fictional person. I'm thinking you would do this with a notary and affidavits from witnesses to the legal "event".

Let me get this straight: You signed your own birth certificate??!!

That's very impressive. I gotta admit that you're the first person I ever heard of who did it or could even have done it.

And why would you want to revoke it? You decided you weren't born? You decided you weren't born in wedlock (we could put that to a vote)?

ADDWENDUM: Someone sent me a comment that a parent might sign his/her child's Birth Cert. I have seen a lot of birth certificates and I have not seen that, so maybe it's a new innovation. I don't see how the parent's signature is necessary, or its revocation undoes the birth certificate. If there should be a paternity dispute it will not be resolved, nor even moved forward, by trying to fiddle retroactively with the birth cert.
