Sounds like kidnapping to me. Tell them you are going to report them to the authorities for kidnapping. Contact your senator or congressperson for help.

I'm a little confused by your other thread because you talked so much about what they did to you and your wife, but where is the child?

Do they still have your child, or not?

His paternal grandparents have physical custody and the state has legal custody. And they want me to jump through all kinds of hoops for what? I have commited no crime, done no wrong and the thought of neglecting or abusing ny son has never even crossed my mind. What should I do if the do not have any thing against me? Where shoul I start?
Thanks

What you need is an atom bomb. Learn about the Commercial Affidavit at catfreedom.com. I would file one of those into the court case for myself and my spouse and then DEMAND release of the child from the state.

Other than that, I have no solution.

You can try revoking your marriage license and the child's birth certificate which is why you have the problem you have right now, but I think you would only be spinning your wheels.

Your story reminds me of the story told here:

If you do file a CAT you will need a notary to file it into court record for you--You, nor your wife, can file it - only a notary.

Take your time to learn about this document. Don't rush.
