I need some ideas. Ex got a judge in another county to order a temp. injunction against me and child's granny during my summer visit. I have court ordered 6 weeks visitation that's ticking away at present. Ex is a feminazi alienator from hell, any type of coming to terms with her is not an option. Bogus claim, said my emails to daughter (begging for summer visit) were grounds for fear, ANYWAY, basically she's forum shopping again. her affidavit is all perjury, etc etc. you all know the drill. The DA here hates my guts(has their top homicide prosecutor handle the child support crim. contempt trials) In 2000 I beat em in a jury trial and they kinda left me alone for awhile. But I can't just go to the local sherriff and say, she's a liar, I want to press charges. They (2 homicide detectives) served paperwork on Granny while kidnapping my kid, Granny buckled, I was at work so a shootout was avoided. Got granny's injunction dismissed via a court reporter and jurist. challenge. They haven't served me yet, but I had granny pick up the papers, didn't find a pick-up order though, UCCJEA all lies, etc. She didn't want to alert the new court to the 10 year mountain of cases in this county. I've been locked up, picked up by swat teams, let out thru Habeas, suffered thru appeal after appeal (18 in all only "won" 2) 6 recused judges and have seen more corruption than you can shake a stick at. I filed for paternity like an idiot 10 years ago. Im way up in it now. I recently filed Jennings Declaration of Domicile in public records. Still tryin' to get my brain to believe their really is a Bill of Rights. Before I picked my daughter up I filed a crude Habeas in family court case. I expected she'd pull one of her stunts, she does every time. Clerk won't put it on docket of course. My Injuction hearing in new venue is end of next month, just a simple way a "custodial" mom makes kidnapping into denied vistation, contempt for mom is a joke, would't waste my time. I want to take it up a notch, I'm tired of this, Total days spent with my daughter in 2005...("visits") eleven, C,mon!!. Oh Yeah I'm in Florida, fancy that.....Help.

...I got to get a couple hours sleep, think about it, then I want to respond to this one, but maybe in the "Family" forum herein created for this type of discussion?

The marriage license and/or the birth certificates are what they are looking at to get their authority. If there is a marriage license, it may have created a 3-way menage-a-troi with you the governor and your wife. Under the auspices of said marriage license, your child and her unborn offspring may be seen as fruit (livestock) of the licensed business venture.

Family courts tend to be special administrative courts from what I gather.

I've read (not all) of the info. given.Thanks. The point that, I've been assumed to be an artificial being became clear after a crimminal trial for failure to pay child support. No jury, I made a request prior to the trial for a 1 year sentence (jury) vs. a 6 month sentence (no jury).....6 months later, 20 lbs heavier I looked into the records. And lo' and behold, I was booked into the jail for "failure to make restitution on a vessel" at first I thought it was a typo, but then something clicked about maritime juristiction, and corp. law and I knew something wasn't "real". From the first civil contempt hearing I knew in my gut that something wasn't on the up and up, but I just couldn't put a finger on it. I wasted years looking through statute law hoping to find relief where there was none. Now after discovering the fork in the road, I now am having difficulty with the proceedural part of making it known to the thugs who stole 10 years of my life and my child that the cat's out of bag. They (the thugs) obviously knew I was catching on to the corp. scheme by something I did. or filed, or said on the record as my (their) case progressed over the years. I've probably been to 200 + hearings and trials over the past 8 years. I read over some of the early transcripts and think MAN how could I have been so stupid!! When I "think" back to the hearings that I didn't have (couldn't afford) a living breathing court reporter, I think MAN!... THAT WAS REALLY STUPID!!! You see, these thugs in the "family" court want easy prey. They see these men as 18 years of profit, the dumber the better. I'm an artist not a writer, artists can think themselves into oblivion without writing a single word, GOD made us all different for a reason. I would think that if they ever tried to haul me up before a judge for contempt (profit) again that I could just cut a four by eight sheet of plywood in half, paint the faces bright yellow put a couple of shoulder straps on paint "MAN" on them in big black letters, wear the whole contraption into the coutroom and ask the judge to read my sign "for the record". Then I'd say "Do you know what that means?"... then I'd say, well that's what I am you F$#%@%&N' A&&#$%@#$!@#E!!!......and that should be enough. Don't think for one second that I wouldn't do it. But I'll never get that chance, why, because like I said, they like easy prey. BUT,...I can now go on the offensive, can I not? Can I not get back what got took? Or is everything that happened to me when they "mistook" me and mine for boats null and void because I never said "on the record".... "excuse me, I'm not a vessel, boats can't talk". I want BLOOD at this point, but their boats will do if I can't get that. That's where I'm coming from.....Swamper

Not sure if you are into the UCC-1 filings, but could you not claim your daughter (the vessel) as property under the collateral box on a UCC1 or UCC 3 amended if you already have one? I have heard Jack Smith speak on this -- and I beleive Winston has as well.

Even though a man's child IS his property, currently he has no "legal" way to retrieve it from or through the "gov" or from a mother given super rights. If anyone knows how I'd like to see it.

I have been working on getting my son back from the beast as well. So far I havent come up with any really solid ideas yet. I need to see some one who has been thriugh this go through the motions so I can get an idea of how Stand up to the bullies.
