California Courts are a joke!

On a recent visit to the Superior Court of California in Barstow, Ca. on a custody matter about my grand daughters, my observation of that court was that they only are there to collect FRN's for the State of California. This kangroo court had people jumping through hoops. WE arrive early, the judge for the hearing, walked into the court, coffee cup in one hand robe in the other, walked up to the bench, put down the coffee cup, put on the rode, and i quote, "Okay, lets get started", this court does not even care about proper decorum anymore. This court only business is saw this day was commerical only. This my thoughts on the Judical system of California.
By the way our hearing was postponded again because the court was not ready to hear the case, again third delay........I live in Maryland

coercion

It sounds as though the opposing party is coercing a default judgment against you. - Keep delaying until you have to get back home.

[Presuming you are involved as a party in interest. You may be visiting your children for the matter.]

The fringes in that courtroom are called "colors" properly by the Commander in Chief. The FRNs are colorable money. The legal names are colorable nomenclature. The California courts blend in remarkably well as commercial matters.

Regards,

David Merrill.

Thumbs down California Family Court moves up to Kidnapping

The follow up to the Ca. Court, they have move up to Kidnapping and holding the Granddaughters for Ramson. He is behind on child support. The court rule that it is the best interest of the child to remain in Guardianship, with there convicted felon grandfather in Ca.
The court total did not follow their own rules, my son is the plaintiff, he got to spreak last, not first, he filed the Petition to Terminate Guardianship.

The Judge permitted the witness to stay in the court room during the hearing.

California Family Court are a true circus.

Me personally, filing a complaint for kidnapping, lack of due process, and what ever else I can find, maybe even 60 minutes.

Yeah...

...that seem's to be the normal in any courtroom now a'day's in the United States Constituional court system basically all over the country.

This time, instead of driving there, request from (somewhere in the country) a copy of their Comprehensive Annual Financial Report ( www.CAFR1.com ) and let them know that "you" mean business.

Neat lil contract... Certify mail your request (green card).

Play hard, play fast, and don't forget to make some mistakes.

(((((WIN)))))!!!
