Documentation review

I am scheduled to go to court this Thursday Setember the 15th and was wondering if some one could review the documnets I have and give me an understanding as to where I stand when I go into court, so I dont put my foot in my mouth when I talk to the judge.
If you would be so kind
Dan

Same 'ol, nothing

Well, I pretty much didnt get a chance to talk, but the DAG brought up the fact that I was a couple of weeks late paying a day care bill and the judge told him that he couldnt make me pay it because it was a contract between the daycare and my self, but he told the DAG that he could order DYFS to pay it. When the judge said that my jaw about hit the floor. For once a judge was actually following HIS own rules and I think they are staring to get the hint that I am no joke and I am starting to become knowledgeable in laws and statutes.

Very nice. I hope it all works out for ya.

So this brings up a question if anyone else knows...

Since the judge ruled this way in his case with regard to the agreement being between the OP and the daycare...am I wrong to assume the same could be said with my child's mother and the Department of Revenue with respect to the Welfare help she received on behalf of the children? I mean, it was not an agreement with department of revenue and myself.
