Seems like Baskerville is getting ANGRY, too...

Two new articles on fathers are now out:

My article on VAWA, "Violence Against the Constitution," was published Saturday on News With Views: http://www.newswithviews.com/Baskerville/stephen4.htm. A slightly different version went out some time ago on the Hearst News Service, so if you know any newspaper or internet editors, please urge them to publish it. (The bio at the end is out of date. It should read: "Stephen Baskerville is a political scientist and president of the American Coalition for Fathers and Children.")

"The Fathers' War," has just been published in the October 24 issue of The American Conservative, which should be on newsstands shortly. I do not have an electronic copy but will circulate it when I do. TAC's site is at http://www.amconmag.com/. In addition to Glenn Sacks and David Usher (whose prior work on this topic is credited in the piece), I want to thank my ACFC colleagues David Roberts and Mike McCormick for their assistance, as well as Ed Truncellito. And of course credit is also due to Michael Robinson and others who were instrumental in getting the law protecting servicemen enacted in California. We expect and intend that the issue of military men who lose their children and are criminalized will become more prominent in coming months.
