With this kind of bill passed across all States, VAWA would be the perfect tool to put in jail half of male population in the US . Just "hearsay" is good enough !

Here is an updated bill that will make hearsay
evidence on Domestic Violence in Michigan admissible.
Our position is that the charge must be clear and
convincing. With this bill, the mere accusation will
prevent you from seeing your children forever. I
recommend you contact your legislator right away.
DADS of Michigan PAC does not condone Domestic
Violence. However, with this bill, a party is
authorized to lie in a court of law without
punishment.
Excerpt
(i) Causing or attempting to cause physical or mental
harm to a
family or household member.
(ii) Placing a family or household member in fear of
physical
or mental harm.
(iii) Causing or attempting to cause a family or
household
member to engage in involuntary sexual activity by
force, threat of
force, or duress.
