have you ever heard that the recommendation to the court by a referee who ask the court to remove you from your house so her ex can vist with son in your house is a legal court order? A:did this with hearsay by her ex: without talking to me. War told me to post because we have never seen this done would like to know if happened to anyone. If you have any thoughts post always looking for new war supplies.

Send notice to the Court to produce the contract between you and them to order this.

boyfriend on vacation

re hi and hullew: [[NB, this is just rambling ponders]]

Well, off the cuff, i'm thinking that you are an invited guest in the house, and it used to be that as a guest, your host would do everything in their power and ability to protect a guest; just an idea.

On another front, do what king1 suggested: demand that the court produce the contract or agreement you executed with the court of you making them your Master.

Obviously, phrased that way, they cannot comply.

In other words, the court doesnt have jurisdiction over you; and your presence in the house, depending on who divulged that statement, might be hear-say.

more ponders

more ponderings
- you're a visitor and a visitor in that house;
- you haven't been identifed to the government;
- you're not res; (a thing)
- you're not a res-ident[ified], a thing identified;

Cool some more ideas on this

could object to court and look at court rules of how an attorney is to do his job by thier rules and I think the 14 amendment protects me from them doing this.If my research is right I may just ask for the land the court house sits on because I dont like fedral notes.

Yep, you should...

...do some more research to get ideas, maybe in the download section?

If you are going to do any objections, remember their Rules changed regarding this measure in 2000.

Good luck with your endeavors...!

It's a common tactic.

The courts say they have that right (we all know logically and from a sovereign viewpoint, that they do not).

As stated before on this board, when dealing with sovereignity, it is basically theory (good theory, but still, theory since no one has cracked the nut to make it real...thus far...).

So, if you want to work within the system, this is how it works:

1.) Woman asks/demands, woman gets.

2.) Man don't like it? Toss money at the problem. Once you have spent anywhere from $15,000 to $75,000, they will, over time (5-10 years), allow you your rights once you have supported the system financially...well...almost your rights. Your rights depend upon what the "cut off" is so that the ex still gets child support and money from you.

Not right. Not fair. Just the way it is.

So, what can you do about it? Rebel and don't play by their rules. You personally won't win, but you will be helping others over time. Now, if we could get millions to stop playing by their rules, we could stop these atrocities in less than 6 months and probably within 3 months. Will others do it? No way. It's been tried over and over. However...I am still working on this and think that an internet TV show will force the groups to work together because we will provide a TV forum for the individual groups to espouse the viewpoints and news. I hope to have this up and running by the end of the year. Six months later and we have the viewership? We will have the ability to consolidate the groups, force the rebuttable presumption of equal shared parenting with PEACEFUL civil disobedience.

Well, that's my plan anyhoo.

Anyone got a better idea?

Angry still mad at woman eric

this tread is about how a child has told his dad dosnt want him in his life and the man has had many times to bond with son and just plays with the boy like he is a pawn boy see him for what he is . I have even tryed to help the man to bond with son for two years.Now the man is using court to put me out of my house on my weekends with my kids so he can be in my house for his visits with his son because he has to have someone watching him but not the court or f.o.c. but my girlfriend in my house. AND the court made this a court order on a referee hearing recommendation now back to the main ? do you think they can do this legally?oh and I run my own company and Iam not in their system so you can live a free life if you have the balls.You also dont need id to drive and title reg and plate in my name.

Is it YOUR house? If so, challenge the courts authority (jurisdiction over you and / or your property).

Be quick about it.
