I know, I sound angry and militant. I actually present personally in a very calm and intellectual manner, so I'm not going to go flying off and do something stupid. I've been sitting patiently for far to long to jeapardize my family now by getting crazy. But, in the mind of the court, what is being discussed on this forum is "crazy". I've been studying like mad for long enough now to understand the concepts of soverignty (even though I can't spell it), I'm just having trouble pulling all the pieces together. And I really really really want to be part of the movment that unravels and hangs these bastards in the family theft industry. I have the patience and the risk tolerance to give it a good run, but...
Where do I start, given how much has already transpired? What order do I proceed in? My first thought is to question jurisdiction (not sure how though)? The marriage was in Arizona, we are now in Washington. Statutes say they have jurisdiction because we live here and she filed here. I'm thinking that since nobody has even proved we are married (i.e. there has been no presentation of the marriage license - they just assume, I guess), could I start there? Rules of evidence would require this important "evidence" to be filed in the case by now, wouldn't it? Lacking that evidence, can I not claim this is a common-law marriage, and not under their jurisdiciton?
I need help structuring this, getting focus, and creating the actual documents to file. Being my first time at trying to handle court issues on my own, and this being such a serious matter, I would appreciate guidance and any hand-holding to get my feet wet. I hope to beat this, learn a lot, and then be able to help other men in the same situation. If someone has a rememdy, or a theorized rememdy, or even some direction as to what might be a good plan of action, I want to hear it. I want to fight this system. I need some specific launching points to get started. I'll catch on, and fill in the blanks, but I can't seem to see that very first step.

well, if you're biblical, there's a whole lot you can do while do twiddle and sit quietly praying in the spirit.
actually, that should be all you do.
OH! and forgive them.
that's most important.

I remember reading that in the Bible... "Thou, oh man, must send your children off with the evil woman. Work hard to pay for her wicked ways, and to allow her to continue abusing your children. In this manner, thou shalt raise up your seed after you to know and embrace the ways of the wicked one. In so doing, thou hast fulfilled the ways of communistic tyrany."
I'm quite tired of the voo-doo that surrounds the "family court". If it were a traffic ticket for $50, everyone is up in arms, filing motions and notices, discussing at great length all the minute strategies and techniques to beat them.
But for my six children... just sit and wait. Wait for the court to make it final and permanent. Wait for bankruptcy because I could hardly afford one household before, but now I have to support two households, plus over $40k in new debt resulting from the legal expenses. Nice.
Any other suggestions? I know there are a lot of you out there who have gone through this, or are going through it. Where are you at in your case? What has worked? What have you learned? Help me put some pieces together here. Or let me know if it really is hopeless, then at least I can spend my time playing video games and having fun instead of studying and struggling while I wait for the hammer to fall. lol.

I'm glad you found it funny. I was laughing at myself after finishing it, and hoped it would express my frustration but not come across as offensive.

I agree with Jim. The ONLY people who have rights to a child are his parents, kinfolk. When there are no parents and ONLY then, others when there are no kinfolk. The sticky part of it is working things out between the parents and thats where a mediator could be very helpfull. The ONLY authority comes from the creator of what is created. I co-created my son so I am the co-author of him. Kind of like the author of a book. The first step to realizing what is going on around you is to start changing the way you think about thing as has every one from this forum has shown me, and others and my own little truth that I have been avoiding because of fear.
GET RID OF FEAR=FREEDOM.

No_Justice
I think the above link makes the path clear enough..
Time to start a master mind group and concentrate on this one issue?
(No time ATM... back in a few hours..)

No Justice
This "No Justice" article reveals an interesting problem. The author sees Judge Napolitano's error, then proceeds on a discussion based on his own error.
Author states:
Quote:
|
Judge Napolitano, like most people with legal training or experience, has missed that part of our history where Congress substituted itself for His Britannic Majesty.
|
Then author immediately says:
Quote:
|
Not to understand what the federal government has done with the law after independence from the United Kingdom is to completely ignore that the English common law is the law in 98% of the states.
|
He's right that Judge Napolitano missed an important piece of our history. But then the author immediately fails to recognize that the "federal government" right now has absolutely nothing to do with "government" except it's name. They are a private foreign corporation operating under the Rothschild Principle: "Act like you have authority, and people will give it to you." And each of the individual states are sub-corporations under that "federal corporation". In forming this corporate "government", all three branches of government were consolidated into one "Administrative" branch. American's have voluntarily submitted to various agreements (i.e. licenses) that have bound us under contract law to obey everything this so-called government passes as "law", and it is all perfectly legal. They offer the contract, we accept, now we are bound to it. That is where the appearance of injustice comes from. That is why the necessity to recognize who we are, and who they are, and establish our relationship with them according to understanding and true law.
The Constitution of the United States of America only has 16 amendments. Then in 1871 the corporate U.S. was formed, adopted a copy of it as their own, removed the 13th amendment dealing with Titles of Nobility (which now allows the black robed thugs to have us address them as "your honor"), renumbered the 14-16th as 13-15th, and moved on from there to add many more troublesome amendments to THEIR constitution. Check out the dates of the amendments in the corp constitution:
U.S. Constitution
The one numbered XV (which is really the original 16th) is the last amendment before Corp US took over in 1871.
Now, an interesting point the author of the article referenced above comes into clearer focus:
Quote:
|
In only a very short time, the United States Congress was able to take the legislative power granted in the first sentence of the Constitution and create the democracy, which is responsible for all the evil Judge Napolitano has unearthed. Democracies are not based on laws they are based on voting and elections. The candidates who get votes make laws and the people are made to obey them. The ultimate democratic law or code is the rule of the majority. Republics are based on the rule of law.
|
How did we get to this "democracy"? Legally. But not lawfully. In other words, by us agreeing to abide by the Corp. US rules (which are not laws), and abadoning our Constituion, we have allowed them to modify their Constitution and we now abide by it, and indeed MUST abide by it because of the supremacy of contract law.
Original Constitution:
Article 1, Section 3. The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, chosen by the legislature thereof
Corp US's Amendment XVII:
The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, elected by the people thereof
Article 2, Section 1: Presidential Election
"Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress:
...The electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for two persons..."
So, "we the people" didn't start off with the ability to elect Senators or the President. Now we have this "electorial college" thing going for electing the President, but yet we still all go out to pretend to have a public vote for the President (a.k.a. Chairman of the Board of Corp US). And we have that amendment giving us a democratic majority vote for Senators as well. Welcome to the Democracy of the United States.
"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the Corp. United States, and to the Democracy over which it rules. One nation under IMF, with contracts and slavery for all."
The "corruption" isn't really as bad or as deep as we think. The Corp US works by rules, just not the rules we think they operate by. We have to learn their system, and we can use it against them. Be "in the system, but not of it". We can get justice, and we can hold them accountable to their own rules. And that is exactly what appears to be happening on forums like this, especially with the traffic ticket examples I have read.
Now we do like Akira said:
Quote:
|
Time to start a master mind group and concentrate on this one issue?
|
I say we do just that. Let's focus on "Family Law", and perfect that process like so many have done with traffic tickets, debt, and so many other issues. I'm hot in the middle of it right now, and more than willing to be a guinea pig for experimentation. I just lack the writing skills for putting together documents that are meaningful in court.
I'm working hard on research in many areas, but need some sample court docs to work with, and some insight on what others have tried. What has worked? What has gone down in flames? Why did they go down in flames? User error, judge beligerance, or flawed premises? How to recover from those failures? What sequence of events to persue? In short order I will be able to contribute my share of errors to the learning process. I hope to get some input from you folks in order to minimize the severity of those errors! lol.
