You can still disqualify the judge and cause him to recuse himself thus rendering his decisions subject to challenge. Due to his illegal behaviour and commission of crimes during his presiding over this case. Grounds for a reversal of the judgement wouldn't you think?

So perhaps, this is how one, even an adult, could petition either petition the court or self-nullify the contract.

how's that?

I think every contract should be looked at on a case by case basis. The berth cert. supposedly can be nuetralized by a UCC 1 lien making the flesh the agent of the STRAWMAN and by doing so taking ownership away from the STATE. Sell your home and get a chunk of land and pay with a few silver dollars included but make sure you do a abstract first so a land patent can be brought forward. Get rid of all other contracts that are not favorable to you. Don't use your SS# and don't work for a CORP.

I do not positively know what the man in jail for alimony can do then to ask for his bond that was created when he applied for a SS# so he can settle the charge. He would probably need to send a BOE to his EX. WIFE or ask her to have a heart. Maybe SHE believes HE really can pay and won't just sign off. I would like to know the truth of this situation.

Why does everyone seem to wait until they are thrown in the sea before they build a life boat?

contempt not criminal

Just a thought people. If you are pro se/pro per, they can't jail you for contempt. Well, I should say, they aren't supposed to. I live in montana, and in our constitution, it states that one can NOT be jailed for debt.

Lost track of the thread.

It was to move five county lines away from the county that had brought suit.

To pay in every month by check or money order to the child support "scam" agency, no matter how much, 1 cent to what ever I wanted to send in.

As long as you pay in every month you stay in honor.

Cant get you with contemp as long as you stay in honor.

If you miss a payment for more than a month it is a violation of the court order, hence, contemp charge.

Lightbulb

What I was getting at with the "can't put in in jail for contempt is something like this: .

"If criminal, the father is entitled to court appointed counsel.

As this action is for a punitive (cohersive imprisonment is punishment) contempt order, it is in it's nature a criminal proceeding and is a tort action of a substantial amount of money. As such, due process protections are required. State vs Boatman, 104 Wn2d 44, 700 P.2d 1152, (1985). A jury trial is requested under [Statute Here....] and demanded under Article 3 Section 2 para. 3 and the 6th and 7th Amendment to the Constitution."

Of course this might not work either, but if you needed something to make the "judge" think, you could try something along these lines.
