Do parents have the right to know if an employee of a daycare has been convicted of a felony and or served time?

reason being, i found out that an employee had been in prison, so i decided to pull my child from the daycare, this in turn has opened a can of worms (alledged money owed), with one nasty woman attached to it.

Write a "Notice" today informing the sitter that due to his/her lack of full disclosure regarding the felony at the onset, you can no longer trust in their alleged services.

well, did you surrender your Right to know who is taking care of your bab(y|ies)?

Cancel the bills of lading made for you children.
teach your children well, at home

The sitter was fired on the spot for malpractice, no note needed, especially when it came to my child!

yeah this wonderful woman, told my wife today that she intends to take us to court now, so now i'm thinking of a way to use this as a BOC...

sometimes i wish people knew how much i enjoy screwing with them.

blows my mind that i can't find anything in regard to felons working in a preschool setting, and if the parents have the right to know if a convicted felon is watching over your child or not.
