Hello,
I am Zach Doty, the young man who got his dad into so much trouble by working with him!
This fight with Labor & Industries drove me into studying law, especially constitutional law, and I've been enjoying the great resources here at SuiJuris.net, I was just browsing around the forums today and I noticed this post about our family!
Anyhow, I just though I'd let you know that we are going to stick to it and fight this thing to the end! Hopefully we will be able to get the issue into superior court soon, because right now they keep telling us to “exhaust our administrative remedies”, it seems like they are trying to use the administrative remedies to exhaust us!

Weishaupt1776, you are completely right. And though we didn’t know that when this ordeal started, we know it now. My father realizes that this is where they have gotten their foot in the door, but he believes we can still beat them hands down arguing a US citizen's standpoint. Personally, I would much rather fight it from a sovereign’s standpoint, and I intend to renounce my SSN, Birth Certificate, Hunters License, and all that garbage as soon as I turn 18, about one year from now. I have also been thinking about emancipating myself so I can do it sooner.
Let me know if you have any questions about our family or our fight with L&I, and I will be happy to answer!
Sincerely, Zach Doty

I'm not sure, but he is probably referring to Herrera v. Collins, 506 US 390 (1993)

Welcome to the forum. I am thrilled to hear from you.
I pray that you and your family come out this encounter even stronger than before.
Best wishes,
BOBT

BOBT,
God works all things out for good to them that love him (Romans 8:28), these last few years of our life have been different, and a little tougher, but well worth it!
God has used this period of our lives to open our eyes to the truth about our government, and to help us learn to rely solely on Him! God has proved Himself to us many times since this began, after loosing our 5000 square foot home our family of nine moved into an RV; so we have been in many places since then where there weren’t really any options that we could see, but we have learned that when those situations come, there is a firm foundation in Christ, this “trial” has brought us even closer to God, knowing that we can throw ourselves completely on His Providence, for God will always be faithful to provide!
Sincerely, Zach Doty
