Round 2 Lawsuit - NCP

I received this email this morning.

Hello... Can I please ask you for a little help here?

Please read the few paragraphs here first, and so you'll understand the little help
I am asking you for below. I really need your help... Thanks.

Just FYI, there are actually about a dozen of the original "state" NCP
classactions still being litigated in the lower federal courts, and at least 4 of the wrongfully dismissed
cases are now fully briefed on appeal in the 4th, 5th, 8th, and 10th federal circuits (which
covers 21 different states...), where we are awaiting rulings.

As I said when I emailed you last week, I have decided NOT to wait on the above, and
I went ahead and launched the "Round 2" classactions for filing directly against
each and every *county* -- all 3142 of them across the USA.

While a State *sometimes* has immunity under the 11th Amendment, there is no such
thing for a County (or City, or Town, for that matter), which is the much stronger reason in
favor of these "Round 2" lawsuits. Counties are sued in federal courts everyday...

This new structure is SOOO much more devastating than the first go-around of
classactions... this new agenda is *exponentially* more powerful. I know you were understandably
maybe disappointed from the last time of injustice, but think about it from an
objective standback -- the first salvo was a mere 40 or so lawsuits, each filed by only a
single person standing alone, and only using less skill, knowledge, caselaw, etc., etc. -- while
THIS structure is using: roughly 3000 or more lawsuits (3142 potentially), EACH with at least 25 or
more people

(25 minimum - i.e., like something on the order of **75,000** initial filing
plaintiffs...), and much better ammunition of caselaw, etc...

There is a HUGE difference, and ADD TO THAT -- this whole "email blast"
agenda for *really* getting the word out to NCP supporters everywhere for public action:

I am preparing to "blast" out over 100,000 emails to people across the USA
in about one to two weeks from now, with the short message about basic parental rights under the US

Constitution, and that there are places and people online to seek help, and about
these county-based lawsuits. I already have over 42,000 email addresses today, and am
gathering more until I hit at least 100,000... I fully expect that a full 1/2 of these email
recipients (mostly gleaned from "alumni" email contact lists for colleges, universities, and
high schools across the country) will either be NCPs themselves, or will have an NCP in the family that they
support.

The word WILL get out BIG...

However, without an ONLINE PLACE for all these 1000s and 1000s of people to GO TO,

regarding their OWN COUNTY, they will probably lose interest, and WE will loose a
golden

opportunity to swell our ranks DRAMATICALLY.

This is the plea for immediate help from you:

1 - Go to here, and see that a few people in SOME states are quickly setting up THEIR

own state's county Yahoo Groups:

http://www.indianacrc.org/classactionco.html

(the three leaders right now are CA, IN, and VA...)

2 - Read the first short paragraph here to see the suggested/asked
"pattern" for making your

state's county Yahoo Groups:

http://www.indianacrc.org/lawsuitco2.html

3 - Just either you, or only you and 2-3 other people that you know, please set up
your state's

county Yahoo Groups as fast as you can, and send me a daily list of the Groups you
have up and running (Yahoo only permits 10 new Groups, per Yahoo ID, per day...). PLEASE make

YOUR OWN state's county Yahoo Group sites look **consistent**, however you want to
make them look, or what they say, I don't care (as long as they don't gender-bash...),
just make them pretty consistent.

I can't emphasize enough how important this is, to get "baskets" ready for
TENS of thousands of "online NCP newbies" to go to...
