Talking Avoiding Compulsory Education

How do you avoid being compelled to sending your kids to school. The statues state that parents should send there kids at the age of 7 and file a birth cert/ shots etc. But my logic says, if you dont contract with the "state to begin with" by signining no school papers, how does the school district even know you have a child your suppose to send to school, unless you were dumb enough to register your child in the school district to begin with? Is the only way the can send you child neglect letters in the mail, is if you register them at a school thus "creating a controvery" if you ever try to take them out of the public system? What ways does the state try to keep track of people that dont register there kids or is it really hard? Just keep them at home and crack open the books?? .... today jonny, you will learn how to stay out of the matrix.

If you read through your state education rules and regs, you should find out how to remove your children from the system under the home school rules.

neighbors ratting you out;
paying school taxes;
declaring dependents on tax forms;
contact with municipal agents;
coert spying by municipal agents;
covert spying by everyone who sees you oot and aboot with your children;
telephone calls;

the ways and means of learning about non-attending children in a school district are myriad and sundry.

Move.

Very INteresting

Very good observation skills, IDknow.

By school taxes you mean claiming dependents?
When you claim dependents on a tax form, they ask what school your children attend, correct?

Exactly...I never registered my "intent to home school". Essentially, that's asking permission to teach them yourself, and only puts you under their statutory requirements to force them to have yearly assessment testing; and if they don't perform "adequately" then you HAVE to put them into the public system...nevermind the fact that a large portion of public "educated" children do not meet these same qualifications. And in Washington state, the parent has to have either a certain number of college credits or complete a course that "qualifies" you to educate your own children. Forget that nonsense!

First and foremost

My daughter is 4 going on 5 years old and I have set the stage for her developement in this life by way of the Divine rights granted to me by God, by rewarding me as being a parent. When my child was born, the hospital couldn't justify why it was necessary for her to have a social security number. Me, having already done my research about why this process begins at the hospitals across this country, what I have done is use the "Birth Record" instead of the SSN to enroll my child into school. Upon leaving the hospital, with my copy of the "Birth Record" in hand, no one stopped me from rejecting their invitation into slavery. It is my divine duty that I raise my child with the "Maxims of Truth" and prepare her early with instructions so that no EVIL HABIT gain strength with her years. That is my job and not the government. Don't let them force you to put your child under the direction of the government like most of our parents have done so that your child want have to fight off all of the evil habits that we have to do today.
