1. the act is limited to enforcing and resolving "domestic relations" issews;

2. I note that the act uses the word "income" but from observance of real-life practice, "money takings" by the court do not respect that imcome must be profit, the "court" takes nearly all of it;

3. the "friend of the "court" must be deputised before access to state police information will be provided.
