FRO/MEP/ Extortion Artists

Well, today there has been a partial win against these people.

A quick overview:
I purchased the FRO/MEP debt from John. I appointed John's wife, Mary, as fiduciary on the account. This morning, prior to the circus Mary tendered a bond for full settlement and closure of the account, on my behalf. Circus was today and John's wife went in as interveening third party.

Pre-kangaroo (mandatory) conference with one Lawyer for extortions and she was livid. (good sign)

When in court the Extortionists suddenly had three shysters at the table - to adjuorn the matter for two weeks.

John was facing imprisonment today.

Apparently "they" did not know how to "collect" on the bond. HA! The private agreement shall be drafted today to ensure there are no misunderstandings.... and if there are.... the individuals shall 'convert on the liability' and become third party defendants.

You purchased, meaning you wrote John a check?

FRO/MEP debt is child support.

I have not tendered satisfaction to John yet, but will within the next couple of days.

I'm assuming this was done so that you could be the one tendering the bond and appearing in court instead of John?

John is uneducated at this point.

The appointed fiduciary acted on the strawman's behalf....

They sent out an email about 3 or 4 days before 'the hearing on Monday'.... Not much preparation time...

In fact, I was speaking with the wife and she stated that the black robe HELPED HER.

The black robe stated to the FRO/MEP shysters 'I see nothing wrong with the bond as settlement on the account, DO YOU?' and they answered NO.
Then the black robe asked the FRO shysters some questions about 'statutes', for the record.

Apparently the black robe smirked through the event more than once....

Why does it take 3 shysters to adjourn a case for two weeks?

Prior to actually going up in front of the black robe, the wife was talking to witnesses she brought with her and there were other shysters within ear shot and MAKING NOTES.
