Alright "fighting_father"! Glad to have you here. It's good to have more here like "IAMI" and "powder" who are dealing with or who have dealt with "family" issues.

Thank You for filling us in IAMI.

Court Order

Thanx for the Welcome Charlesa6,

Is it just a tactic for the FMEP to point to the 'court order' that wasn't even signed by me ?

If it is just the 'fruits' of a contract, what weight does it hold ?
They did a 'court order' without me even being there, and as IAMI stated, what is there to stop them from doing it again.

There has to be something governing that. Then anyone can go to 'court' and create orders with the other party not showing up, with an announced 'court' date. Anyone could fake the process serving stating the other party got it, but decided not to show up. In my case, my lieyer decided not to show, when I was out of Town, because I owed him $150.00. Gave him specific instructions and still screwed it up.

I understand not doing anything or staying silent is just as bad, but we all have to be aware of our rights and say something.
I have not paid support from the beggining, not because I don't want to take care of my children, but not under FMEP rules and threats.

Anyway, my story is quite long as well, and i don't want to take away from IAMI's posts.
I will post my particulars in a new thread when the time is right.

Thanx to all the forum members with excellent knowledge of human rights.
Keep it up, outstanding forum.

Is this the new and improved suijuris forum that I have heard about?

Have they not studied the archives?

Why so many threads/posts if they don't read the archives?

YOU, You and you can't have your pudding if you don't eat your meat, and how can you have any meat if you don't eat your pudding?

No wonder you are "all" in contempt.

And, as always... Happy Trails... (re-tired icon to be inserted here)

LOL!
Thanks for the input... unfortunately I've only started waking up since June of this year... lots to learn... but just havent had the time to read all of the 7889 Threads (76,848 posts) on the sui-juris forums as of yet. Lemme get to it this weekend...
I have read many of your posts Wargamez, and you seem to know what you're about. Try and think back to when you were in our position (those of us still learning the ropes) and maybe offer to answer some of the questions that have been posted... even if they're whacked or way off base. Tell me why? That's why I'm here, to learn and get some opinions, but "spend the next 37 weeks reading previous posts" is a little unrealistic IMHO. I've been on another forum dedicated to fathers issues (linked earlier in this thread)... and I thought that I would see what the people here have to say.
I know that the way things are in the family courts system shouldn't be that way. I know (have read) all about my rights, sovereignty, UCC filing, PPSA filing, read Mary Crofts Book, watched tons of movies about "waking up", been to detax sites all of which have the same basic history lessons etc. What I do find though is a definite lack of practical application. Before you point me to the "success" area, I've been there. Traffic tickets are fantastic... I never get them, and I really wonder about all of those who always seem to be getting them (p.s. learn to drive ). But the FRO here in Ontario seems to have been given grand powers to f*ck with your credit, license, income, taxes and try and throw you in jail. A far cry from a 200 dollar speeding ticket. If you read the posts you'll find that for some reason all of the "you have the right" and "just tell them this" advice goes out the door when you are frustrated by a stupid filing wicket at family court. I followed the advice, kept cool, told them the "rules" the way they "really" are etc... but if they don't want to file the damn papers, then they don't file them! Doesn't matter what I say to them. How do you hold them to their own rules when every one of the people involved in the process agree to ignore them?

Anyway... would you be willing to please at least take the time to link me to some posts that may help in my situation? I've read all of the Family Rights section...

Cheers!
IAMI

Agreed

I agree with IAMI,
I'm newer to this forum and just begun my journey.
There is a lot to learn and many questions to ask.

Please bare with me and my questions, no matter how whacked they may seem.

I'm willing to learn and apply it to my situation.

Having IAMI's questions answered will also provide info for my situation, close to the same.

Thank You

IAMI, you started your education a few months ago as I did. I was also getting some of the same symptoms that you mentioned. I found my path was better directed by personally e-mailing those I felt had a grasp on something I might want to persue, although I haven't contacted all those I could. For those seeking remedy, there are such a wide range of circumstances tied in with different levels of comprehension. Message boards will certainly help you grow but I believe it is the personal contacts that will help narrow the path.

Adding to IAMI

Since this post will be open for battle puposes, I would like to post something I recieved today in the mail.

I have someone I contact often and I'm pretty sure his head is hurting, think, this dunbass..LOL Sorry POWDER.

Anyway, I have been in contact with POWDER and I sent him off a PM, maybe I can get some resolution here as well, and cross reference the info.

I recieved a letter from Revenue Canada that they have taken (withheld) my GST, because of a court order under the family orders and Agreements Enforcement Assistance act.

Anyway to stop this from further happening ?
I just got it today.

Oh and one more thing, since I file with my common partner, and use her as a deduction (right off), shouldn't it be partially hers ?

Oh and one more thing, I have not paid FMEP anything since January of this year, Jail soon.. LOL

Bastards... LOL

Some advice PLEASE !!!

Since I have no direct experience with these entities, who, EXACTLY, are FRO and FMEP??

Are they government AGENTS?

If so, record "illegal" activities and seize their bond.

Their bond is an insurance policy.

I "believe" the Minister is the holder in due course and if he doesn't relinquish it, upon proof of evidence, of illegal activity he can go to jail for about ten years.

He MUST relinquish the bond upon proof of evidence, otherwise, as he is the "signature/guarantour," he IS responsible.

Those bonds are actually insurance, and once seized, can be traded for assets.

Don't begin to ask me on process, I've just laid out the path.

I don't know WHO femp/fro is but I am canadian.

I don't get "speeding" tickets, (that's dumb),
nor parking tickets, (that's dumb too..unless it's a testing wedge).

So...the path is... ALL government agents are bonded..in case they "damage".

Seize the bond.

Hope FRO/FEMP are "agents".

Sorry I can't help you more.

I have a big sign on driveway that says 'NO TRESPASSING". Trespassing on Canadian books is still a criminal charge.

I find no government "agents" will TRESPASS. They don't know why...but they don't, except for the MNR. THEY ARE "NASTY".

so...off you go.
