Easy Diet Tip
[color=black][b]I am guessing there are some out there who know deep down they need to change their diet, but aren't doing anything. It gets overwhelming when you see all of these new books and fads & it's tough to know what to do. Some of them are so expensive or complicated, it's easier to just go through the drive thru.
Here's a tip that's so easy to follow, you would have very few excuses (barring medical conditions or food allergies) for not trying this.
Your body works best with live enzymes. live enzymes are in raw food. So don't change what you eat-YET.
Start out eating fruit in the morning & wait 30min before eating breakfast. I usually eat the fruit right after I wake up, & then take a shower so the time elapses.
Make sure the LAST thing you eat before going to bed is a LARGE green salad composed of either mmixed greens OR spinach OR romaine-NOT ICEBERG.
Eating the Raw food at night & the raw fruit in the morning keeps the live enzymes cycling through your body.
