Yeah, I should have said Sodium Flouride because Calcium Flouride is not a problem. The list includes Flourene but not sodium flouride. I imagine that if it can get flourene then it should get sodium flouride too.

concerning "Salt" The only type of salt to take that is worth anything is a "sea salt" Make sure it is unrefined and nothing added. Also Redmon RealSalt is a natural mined salt and is very good as well. One is from current natural ocean water using natural evaporization method and the other is mined from ancient sea beds.

Cool

If you want to open up your sinuses or simply clean them out if you have been in a dusty or hostile environment use a heaping teaspoon of sea salt in a quart of water with about 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. Also choice of water source should be considered. Well water works for me.

Tilt back your head and fill up each nostril one at a time. Do this once a day. The baking powder is supposed to keep viruses from developing since they apparently like an acidic environment. The proceedure is about as hazardous as taking a swim in the ocean and getting a snoot full of sea water.

Of course this can not be medical advice since I don't have a license to practice same. I have heard of no instances of drowning as a result of performing this act but to be on the safe side I would recommend having a good friend on hand to perform mouth to mouth if things turn out badly

Too true. I should have mentioned this was not a proceedure for the timid or faint of heart. It sometimes can be messy.

Oh, also, I meant to say baking soda rather than baking powder. Hard to keep them straight since they both come in powder form.

Yeah, I only use sea salt. Normal table salt is mostly just sodium. Sea salt is a better more balanced type of salt.
