Post Wonders of Salt

Man, I gotta tell ya. I am really impressed with simple salt water lately. I still have my tonsils so periodically I get tonsilitis. When I get a sore throat, I usually get the whole nine yards with the little pustules, red raw swelling, and everything. The thing that I hate is that I usually have to go to the doctor just to get a ************ of Emicin or something. Well, I was talking to a guy here at work who said that he had the same thing. I ask him if he had any antibiotics left because my wife threw my Ampicilin out because the expiration date had elapsed. He said all he does is gargle with salt water and it clears right up. I thought "Yeah sure....salt water"

Well I'm here to tell you about my new found respect for salt. My throat cleared right up too. I was amazed. This has worked out three times so far over the past year.

Lemon Juice is also known to be quite effective.

Ok, now I have found a new respect for Epsom Salt as well. My wife injured her back a few years ago and has been on pain **** ever since. Pain **** suck though because they seem to alter her consciousness in a negative way. Anyway, I finally got her to try an Epsom salt bath and low and behold the pain disappeared.

We also discovered Glucosamine and Condroitin cream. The pills seemed to do very little but the new cream seems to work very well.

Don;t take any of the crap the pharmaceutical companies make, they are all designed to make you more sick, or have a side effect that requires treatment.

Can't have your paying customers getting better after all. Who would buy your products.

I have not taken even one small Tylenol in 3 years now, and I'll have to be dying before I do take something. And it won't be some crap from the Death Companies.

Well, what do you take? I don't see anything wrong with regular aspirin.

Have you done any reading on oxidative therapies?

What about toothpaste? What do you all use to brush your teeth with? I have switched over to baking soda & water then rinsing with H2O2 3%.

Anyone know if there is a water filter that can filter out flouride?

Careful with the baking soda, it is abrasive and can rub the enamel off your teeth. I used to mix Baking soda with Peroxide...boy your mouth is clean after that. If anything drop the Baking soda, and only use Peroxide and a toothbrush....paste does nothing for your teeth.

I was about to start some form of Oxygen therapy that I read up on.

P.S. The only reason I don't take aspirin is out of principle. I don't think it works well enough to warrant using it. But then again...I never get headaches....maybe that's why....hahahahaha

I have done a lot of reading on Oxygen therapy. I get my own food grade peroxide which is the 35% variety. I only do about 30 drops a day though. From my experience, I can tell you that it does make a difference that you can feel. The best book that I have read is by Ed McCabe called Oxygen Therapies. You can get a copy of it at:
