I gotta disagree somewhat with 2 statements above......
Its absolutely essential to distinguish a difference between Jew and Israeli.
The terms are in no way interchangeable and is responsible for much false teaching and understanding in not only religious, but socio-political circles as well. After Solomons death, the Northern Kingdom (Israel) separated from the Southern Kingdom (Judah-Benjamin) over issues of guess what....TAXATION!!
Israel which became later known as Samaria fell rapidly into idolatry and was conquered by the Assyrian king Shalmaneser I and later by Sennacherib who also took part of Judah's strong cities but was turned back by God leaving Jerusalem intact for a time. If you study secular history one will read about Shalmaneser's black obelisk chronicling his reign and conquests. There are references concerning the kings of Beth-Khumri being made vassals unto him.
Beth Khumri comes from the name Omri.....Ahabs grandfather. The heathen nations identified those people as of the house of Omri instead of Beth Israel.
Very fitting because Israel was no longer an appropriate name for them...idolaters instead of princes with God. From the obelisk you will see names for these people Khumri, Isaka, and Sacae.....those peoples are NOT lost and can be traced in their movements through the Caucasus Mountains and into Europe. So the OT prophecies directed to the house of Isarel can be applied to those people and their descendants today ( Cimmerians, Saxons, Scythians and others). God dealt with these people as a distinct entity and so must we in our studies.
The true house of Judah was carried into captivity in part by Sennacherib and then in totality by Nebuchadnezzar. Those that were part of the first invasion migrated by sea along with the Danites and they ended up in souther n Spain and France (Iberians = Idumaeans) (Idumaea = Judea ) Later migrations ended up in central Europe i.e. Teutonic tribes. Very few of the house of Judah-Benjamin returned with Ezra and Nehemiah and as a matter of fact Ezra had to translate the law for them since most had forgotten how to speak Hebrew due to miscgenation amonst their captors. During this time in Babylon is where the Talmud came into being, a diabolical mixture of Babylonian mysticism and Hebrew tradition and it was the Talmud that Jesus vehemently opposed calling it the traditions of the elders!!!
Most people that call themselves Jews come from 2 groups.....the mixed race that are Edomite Jews (King Herod was one of them). The largest group by far are the Ashkenazim. These people have no "Jewish" blood in them at all.
They are descended from the Khazars of the 8th century AD. Their territory was centered around the Volga river which is in Russia. They were an important trade center of that day and were sandwiched between the forces of Christianity to the west and Islam to the east. Their leader, King Balun decreed that their state religion would be Judiasm in order to remain neutral to their conflicts and remain prosperous. This group is what Weishaupt refers to as Talmudic Zionists and they truly have no part or lot of the promises of God except they repent and honor Yeshua Ha Meschiach like anyone else.
So much for "Jewish" people and Messianic Christians blasting mainstram Christianity for their replacement theology!!!! All one needs to do is to study the migrations of the Diaspora and see how Yahweh scattered the house of Israel abroad so that the scripture in Isaiah would be fulfilled, the House of Israel will fill the whole earth with fruit!!! This is only barely scratching the surface but it will hopefull give all incentive to dig into things further.
As for Weis' question....why dont the ADL use Talmud quotes...They dont need to my friend....they practice them!!!! and with deadly consequences ask anyone who has been the target of a JDL attack. It kinda sickens me to hear Christian ministers asking for money to support Jewish causes....I for one am not gonna give financial support to a group who refers to me as goy (cattle)

If we all understood who Isreal and Judah are....things would far far different on the world scene today and certainly we would be better off financially as a nation!
