Patenting puts the whole formula in the public eye

Changing just a few properties allows one to now make a new patent, so one must have an armada of patent attorneys to do this

The best way to go is like Kentucky Fried Chicken, Coca Cola, and Listerine did by trade secret arrangements. THEY DO NOT HAVE PATENTS for the same reasons as mentioned above.

Been there done that. I called every nutraceutical co. I could find on this massive marketing database. They all want to steal the formula instead of testing it out.
the only way to do it is to find entrepreneurs in this realm which I don't know where the "pool" is so to speak

It burns. Depending on how infected one is, it burns more the more one is infected.

aim the dropper more on the back of the throat back of tongue area more so than towards the lips.

If you feel a sickness, put about 9 drops. read the tips in the upper posts for max effect

Your friend has some insurmountable problems in the simple forum of neutraceuticals alone. But I am considering the concept of his anti-reverse engineering proposition; if the catalysts, which maintain the patented healing frequencies disappear during characterization, then what keeps them from disappearing when they set awhile or are dropped on the tongue?

The metaphysics is possible I suppose but without the scope of reality that I understand at this time.

I think he would rather put up the illusion that it is engineered to be anti-reverse engineered until he exhausts all avenues for profiting in this lucritive venue. But without catering to the corner of the market provided by the FDA and AMA, the big boys in the pharmaceutical industry etc...

It is easy for him to grab a cornered market but to profit is another story. With SARS, the objective to using the Patent and Trademark Office was merely to keep the first Beijing Corporation trying to patent the genome for SARS from profiting. Ergo the cure for SARS remained open domain because I proved it to that first usurper to be my domain.

For example if your friend sent me a fresh sample of his oil, I could subtract my oil from his oil and characterize the signet you call catalysts. The oil of oregano is simply a stable medium to keep the secondary complex waveform active for a while. In other words, I did not protect the cure for SARS, I protected an efficient characterization by raw data subtraction and suggested a few distribution systems.

In the early '90s I witnessed use of a Bioenergy Spectrum Analyzer at the Second International Symposium on Paranormal Phenomenon at CSU. The dowser would build up the complex waveform of the pathogen with help of a frequency/complex waveform generator and then inject it back into the patient's hand using the same antenna. After curing the patient he then selected from a variety of mixed herb (in little jars) a stable medium (like oil of oregano) and set it on the antenna for a few minutes. Especially in the case of bacterial infection the patient was to carry this in their pocket and hand for a week to keep the infection from flaring.

Not sure what type of Oil of Orgenano you have but the pure stuff is not going to be used with that amount. The stuff I use you would not use more than 1 drop every hour and at that you should be careful. I know alot of stuff on the market is not pure form.
