I have not heard of Sorghum and Rapadura. I will google it. But I have always loved raw honey in everything, especially in herb tea. As for coffee, I do not drink anything with tannic acid. It is a religious teaching and a personal choice. I do love the aroma, however, of gourmet coffees and have partaken in the past.
And like you, I too, continue to partake in non-alcoholic beer, as I still have a fondness for the taste.
When I did drink in the past, I always favored the rich microbrews and dark ales. It is a shame that none of those are non-alcoholic.
