The breakfast of champs

No, I am not talking about wheaties - they are for weaklings.

I am talking about all natural granola and grape nut cereal, made right at home!

http://everbreezefarms.com

Thats where I get mine and it is the best!

They also have REAL whole wheat bread and if are lucky enough to live nearby you can buy some awesome pies. Sadly, those cannot be shipped. :(

Good deal

Breakfast is our body's time for more carbohydrates, to give you the energy to get moving for the day. Optimum foods include oatmeal, granola, whole grain breads, and fruit.

If you eat cereal, make sure you do NOT use milk, it is very dangerous to your health. (cow's milk is designed for calves, not humans) Good substitutes for milk include almond milk and rice milk. Soy milk isnt good to consume in large amounts, so that should also be kept to a minimum.

Almond milk isn't good for you - it's designed for almonds, not humans.

Haha!! You made a funny. Thing is milk is not good for you. Humans are the only ones that still drink milk after they are weaned off of milk. If we were intended to drink cow's milk YHWH would not have given women breasts with milk in them. When the baby stops taking from the mother the breasts dry up. Cows are diliberately made to give milk and all kinds of hormones are put into it. I have to laugh when we are told cow's milk is a good source of calcium.

You are 100% right. That's why I drink nothing but human breast milk:

Seriously though, if YHWH didn't want us to drink it, he wouldn't have made it do delicious. Unless you can find a specific scriptural prohibition against drinking cow milk, I would say you're on the verge of putting words in YHWH's mouth. Judging by the fact that you refer to him as YHWH, I'm sure you're well aware of how wrathful he can be towards people who do that...

Oh also - I was just pulling raptor's chain - I drink a few glasses of cow milk per week, well aware of the potential health risks. As far as I can see, the more hysterial bad milk claims are unsubstantianed by science, but there are some cons to drinking it - no more or less than things like red meat, processed sugar, soft-boiled eggs or my morning bowl of MSG flakes.

You don't openly call people fools, you just insinuate it. We don't need people like you in this forum. I don't see a representative of God, I see a trouble maker.

What Buck09 says regarding my relationship with YHWH does not bother me. I am very secure in my faith. There is much evidence regarding cow's milk and the dangers of drinking it. There are also diseases that can be attributed to it, such as diabetes for one. Because of the sugar content it is hard on the pancreas and spikes insulin levels, not to mention all the hormones and steroids in the milk today. But you keep on drinking it Buck09 and enjoy.

It's just so sad that rather than discussing the issue at hand in a rational manner, you resort to saying things like that. Your bizarre vendetta against me is really quite sad. I suspect it is because I actually challenge you to rationally defend what you believe, and that makes you uncomfortable. I get people challenging my beliefs on a daily basis, so perhaps I just have a thinker skin...

Please, in the future, don't resort to making ad hominem arguments. When you do, it's generally a signal that you can't defend your position and have, at least in the eyes of anyone watching, lost your argument.

Oh, BTW - you may want to add HenryBowman to your "traitors" list - he agreed with me that the article you posted was pure BS.

I wasn't questioning your faith, I was simply warning you against the danger of saying that God prohibits us from something he does't...

You had said:

...which seemed to me like you thought God didn't intend for us to drink cow's milk. Do you find a specific scriptural prohibition against drinking cow (or goat, yak, giraffe) milk? If not, would you agree that God gave us the liberty to decide what milk we consume and what we don't? If we don't have the liberty to choose to drink cow milk, then by logical implication, we can only eat what he says we can eat, correct?
