Doctor Henry's special mix
If you have any kind of new symptoms coming on you,
Cook up the following:
Dice 10-30 cloves of Garlic
Sautee them in fresh butter, with 2 teaspoons each of chopped oregano, and cnopped basil leaves.
Sautee them for about 5 minutes on medium heat. (This will just take the bite out of the garlic)
Pour in a 28 oz. can of dices tomatoes.(I prefer organic)
Add some sale and pepper to taste.
Let simmer uncovered on medium heat until just a little liquid remains, and it starts to get thicker.
When this happens, I pour in about a cup of parmesan cheese, and stir it in, and remove it from the burner.
Let it sit for a couple minutes, and enjoy!
This stuff will kick your immune system into overdrive, and will shorten the amount of time that you deal with anything.
=====
Another variation is to do the same ingredients as above without cooking it, let it sit for at least a couple hours in the fridge (SUBSTITUTE A LITTLE OLIVE OIL IN PLACE OF THE BUTTER)
Toast some italian or french bread sliced in the oven, then spoon on this mix. Cover with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 5 minutes at 400, then broil on high until parmesan is brown and toasted.
Unbelievable Bruschetta!!!

Re:Doctor Henry's special mix
Ricky,
I asked Suijuris for this forum, and since it had seen little activity, I thought I'd get it kicked off.
Although I am not really a doctor, this concoction is very much for real.
Try it, and you won't believe your tastebuds.
Garlic is antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and anti cancer.
Tomatoes are so rich in antioxidants they are excellent for you.
Try it to fight off something and see what I mean.
Garlic is my secret weapon.

Re:Doctor Henry's special mix
That's a lot of work for Ice.& Ice would rather take Immunity Plus and Flu Buster... less complicated and much less work!
But I'll bet that's pretty tasty.

Re:Doctor Henry's special mix
Henry,
&That sounds really good.& I love garlic also.& But I would have to add onions too (which are also very good for you). I will have to try it because it sounds good, as well as being good for you.&
You can buy pickled garlic in the store.& I get it in the mexican food section.& I love that too.& I can just eat it like pickles.& I've never tried making my own though.& I just don't have a lot of time for doing that kind of stuff.

Doctor Henry's special mix
Eat as much of your food raw as you can tolerate and/or cook your foods as little as you can. And that includes meats as well, specially fish and seafood.
Drink purified water made in your own home by Reverse Osmosis (RO). A good quality RO will cost between $400-$500. It fits under your kitchen sink. An RO will produce 99.99% pure water at a cost of about 3 cents per gallon. Stay away from store bought bottled water, you just never know what's in it. There are no legal requirements for labeling water. Yet, that is. The only exception to the bottled water rule are specialty waters like Structured Water. Go to www.essenceoflife.com to learn about Structured Water.
Install an UltraViolet (UV) air purification unit in your home's central heat/air conditioning unit. Make sure it is not an "object purifier" type UV lamp, meaning the lamp is just a straight stick. The UV lamp should be U-shaped and surrounded by a reflective tube. This allows the UV rays to be concentrated killing a maximum of pathogens. A good quality UV air purification unit should cost you about the same as a good quality RO, about $400-$500. I don't recommend "Ionic Breeze" type units as these only capture a minute amount of contaminants and do not kill pathogenic bacterias and viruses.
Take a high quality Multivitamin rich in Anti-Oxidents. A good quality Multivitamin should cost about $40-$50 per month.
Try these steps and then come back to this forum in six months and tell me the last time you had a cold or flu. They will virtually disappear from your life.

Doctor Henry's special mix
Buscador, you and I are on the same frequency.
I don't know if any of you have checked into this website:
http://www.e-water.com
but they have some incredible technologies available that have made a huge difference in my overall health. Believe it or not, during the worst of our debt challegnes, I was only sleeping an average of 4-5 hours a night - every night. For most of a year. Without these resources, and the favor of God, I would have been sick. I wasn't.
The value of properly energized water to our cells and raw food is pretty phenom. Take a look guys and see what you think.
