The Prime Cause and Prevention of Cancer

There are prime and secondary causes of diseases. For example, the prime cause of the plague is the plague bacillus, but secondary causes of the plague are filth, rats, and the fleas that transfer the plague bacillus from rats to man. By the prime cause of a disease, I mean one that is found in every case of the disease.



Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes. Almost anything can cause cancer. But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen (oxidation of sugar) in normal body cells by fermentation of sugar.



All normal body cells meet their energy needs by respiration of oxygen, whereas cancer cells meet their energy needs in great part by fermentation. All normal body cells are thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes. From the standpoint of the physics and chemistry of life this difference between normal and cancer cells is so great that one can scarcely picture a greater difference. Oxygen gas, the donor of energy in plants and animals, is dethroned in the cancer cells and replaced by the energy yielding reaction of the lowest living forms, namely the fermentation of sugar.



In every case, during the cancer development, the oxygen respiration always falls, fermentation appears, and the highly differentiated cells are transformed into fermenting anaerobes, which have lost all their body functions and retain only the now useless property of growth and replication. Thus, when respiration disappears, life does not disappear, but the meaning of life disappears, and what remains are growing machines that destroy the body in which they grow.



All carcinogens impair respiration directly or indirectly by deranging capillary circulation, a statement that is proven by the fact that no cancer cell exists without exhibiting impaired respiration. Of course, respiration cannot be repaired if it is impaired at the same time by a carcinogen.



To prevent cancer it is therefore proposed first to keep the speed of the blood stream so high that the venous blood still contains sufficient oxygen; second, to keep high the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood; third, to add always to the food, even of healthy people, the active groups of the respiratory enzymes; and to increase the doses of these groups, if a precancerous state has already developed. If at the same time exogenous carcinogens are excluded rigorously, then much of the endogenous cancer may be prevented today.



These proposals are in no way utopian. On the contrary, they may be realized by everybody, everywhere, at any hour. Unlike the prevention of many other diseases, the prevention of cancer requires no government help, and not much money.



Many experts agree that one could prevent about 80% of all cancers in man, if one could keep away the known carcinogens from the normal body cells. But how can the remaining 20%, the so-called spontaneous cancers, be prevented? It is indisputable that all cancer could be prevented if the respiration of body cells were kept intact.



Nobody today can say that one does not know what the prime cause of cancer is. On the contrary, there is no disease whose prime cause is better known, so that today ignorance is no longer an excuse for avoiding measures for prevention. That the prevention of cancer will come there is no doubt. But how long prevention will be avoided depends on how long the prophets of agnosticism will succeed in inhibiting the application of scientific knowledge in the cancer field. In the meantime, millions of men and women must die of cancer unnecessarily.

Thanks for sharing with me and others this dimension of the cancer curse so many are suffering from!



However, cancer, I believe, is not really a disease that many need have suffered from were it not for the prevalent overconfidence in established medicine and a traditional life style especially re foods and superficial relationships, most especially such as causes deterioration of biological family units...



The late Virginia Livingstone Wheeler has done extremely valuable biochemical and clinical work leading up to what I see as essentially a cure for cancer available as early as the 1950ies. And there are multiple others that have been available within alternative medicine for over a hundred years at this time. The latest one I heard of has a name sounding like "Beysha" who did some remarkable work in the area of curing cancer as early as the beginning of the twentieth century, but I haven't tracked down his primary articles as yet... If someone knows more please share!

For some very interesting info on cancer cures, look up ozone and H2O2 treatments. H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide of course which is found in many of the fruits and vegetables that we should be eating daily. Since cancer is primarily caused by poor oxygenation or lack of proper levels of oxygen to cells, these two substances stand apart from all other treatments, as being the most successful and preventative at the same time.



Basically, when the cell is deprived of the proper levels of oxgen for too long, it starts to revert back to a more primitive method of asimilating it's sugar i.e. through fermentation instead of oxidatiion. At this stage, the cell looses it's ability to differentiate meaning that if it was a liver cell then when it divides, it will not divide as a liver cell but as a new independent cell that does nothing except reproduce more fermenting cells. It will need much more blood now because fermentation is so inefficient. So new large blood vessels form to feed it. The byproducts of fermentation are lactic acid and methane which are toxic to the rest of the body. If one were to drink H2O2 however, the toxins would be neutralized and the oxygen in the blood would rise as the H2O2 is separated into H20 and O.



Anyway, there is plenty of info out there about this.

You all may want to do some earnest research on Laetrile/amygdalin (aka Vitamin b17) and the theory that cancer is a deficiency disease comparable to scurvy (vitamin C deficiency), Pernicious Anemia (B12 deficiency) and pellagra.



Some interesting factoids:
[*]Laetrile is found primarily in the seeds of fruits and grains (see Gen. 1:29)
[*]Animals in the wild eat fruits whole (seed and all)[*]Animals in the wild do not get cancer. (unless they live near a nuclear silo or some other unnatural phenomenon)
[*]Animals in zoos get cancer quite often. Laetrile is found in some of its highest concentrations in the seeds of apricots.
[*]A group of people called the Hunza were discovered that had a 0% cancer rate and an average life span in the 90s (the indigenous peoples living in the mountains of Pakistan). Their primary dietary intake was WHOLE apricots. B17 has been bred out of our Citrus fruits in the U.S. ( go to Africa and pick an orange and the seeds will be FULL of it)



The facts go on and on. . .



What is cancer?

The simple answer is an unchecked proliferation of cell division. Now, this isn't a problem by itself. This sort of event occurs naturally in at least 2 occassions:

1) During embryonic development

2) During healing



The problem with "cancer" is that this proliferation doesn't stop. Many [seemingly] unrelated cancer research experiements have confirmed that the chemical that initiates the division is the SAME as at the 2 aforementioned occasions and it would only stand to reason that the chemical that turns it off is also the same. This chemical is laetrile (a cyanide-based compound).



Amygdalin, the active chemical in Laetrile, is broken down inside a cell into glucose, benzylhyde and cyanide. However, healthy cells all have an enzyme called rhodanese which binds to free cyanide and compounds it with sulfur rendering it harmless. However, cancerous cells LACK this enzyme, thus allowing the harmful cyanide to roam free inside the cancerous cell causing total destruction.



In the 1970s the FDA mounted a widespread and erroneous media campaign alleging that amygdalin is toxic and dangerous because it contains cyanide. Yes, it does, in minute quantities. If you eat the seeds from a hundred apples in a day you risk serious side effects, possibly death. If you eat enormous amounts of anything you run serious health risks. Aspirin is twenty times more toxic than the same amount of amygdalin.

A few things to keep in mind is that cancer cells are normal cells that have lost their ability to differentiate. They are just cells with no purpose anymore except to reproduce. Sounds like some people I know.



Another thing is that they make exact copies of themselves down to the last links of the DNA chain (unlike normal cells) This means that they are immortal.



Next, cancer cells have a weakness to heat because they cannot thermoregulate like normal cells. This, of course, is

because they grow in blobs (tumors).



Next, if their fermentation process or blood suppy is disturbed, they starve. Also, they have no protection from oxidation like normal cells. Ozone is a powerful oxidizer as well as hydrogen peroxide. Oxidation destroys the cellular membrane of cancer cells.



There is a drug called hemostatin (sp?) that stops the formation of new blood vessels to the tumor thereby starving it to death. Cancer cells need lots of sugar to survive.



There are many seconday causes of cancer including malnutrition like BlackTruth says. Some people have been treated with massive doses of Vitamin C (like 40 Grams a day). This has been a successful treatment too.



Normal cells need a number of different nutrients to properly oxidize their sugar. When these nutrients are lacking, the result is inefficient combustion and toxic byproducts. The byproducts need to be oxidized to get rid of them which uses more of the body's available oxygen, lowering one's blood oxygen level.



If you get sore muscles when you do any kind of strenuous activity, it is a sign that your blood/oxygen level is low causing your cells to burn sugar without oxygen (anarobic respiration) producing lactic acid which is toxic and is also a normal byproduct of cancer cells.

i think i have been misunderstood.



The deficiency disease paradigm is NOT a secondary cause theory in ANY respect. In fact, its just the opposite. Its one of the few (if not the ONLY theory) that supposes a true root (primary) cause for cancer.



the root word here is cause. Not to be confused with characteristic or symptom!



One way to know if what you're examining or treating is a primary or secondary cause would be to ask this question: How will the treatment in question prevent FUTURE occurences of the disease at ANY situs?



Most, if not all, proposed treatments for cancer either cannot prevent cancer or only seem to be effective in a specific type of cancer.



A few other points to consider:

Cancer cells are not immortal, but malignant cells DO continue to divide,

Not all cancers grow as "tumors" (e.g. leukemia and other rare blood cancers)

The inability to differentiate is NOT a characteristic that is unique to cancer cells. In fact in an adult, there is only one sort of cell that CAN differentiate, and they are those that participate in hematopoiesis (in the bone marrow) and this is why leukemia is so deadly.

I'd like to also add, that as a result of Dr. Kreb's experiements it was deduced that if one ingests an amount of B17 equivelant to that which is found in 6 apricot seeds daily, it would be phisiologically IMPOSSIBLE to develop cancer.

The Cancer Cure That Worked

I feel its important to again reiterate the difference between primary and secondary causes and their related therapeutic remedies.



Dr. Rife's advancements are truly amazing and very significant. I've read about his work and his, like many others, have been suppressed by being just a tad too successful.



However, such advancements still only treat SECONDARY manifestations of the disease. This is important to be cognizant of. Treating a secondary manifestation of cancer (e.g. killing a tumor using XYZ technology) and claiming it is a "cure" is the equivelant of popping all the zits on a patients face and claiming we've cured his acne.



The fact of the matter is, none of these advancements have attacked the root of the problem and actually prevented new lesions and metastises from forming. Only THEN do you have a bona fide CURE. See the links in my earlier posts with this in mind.

If indeed Amygdalin is, or is at, the point of beginning for the cancer problem I shall have to dive deeper into that particular issue.



Questions for TheBlackTruth:



1. Are you saying that amygdalin is the key all by itself as a complete molecule, or is it Benzaldehyde, or "benzylhyde," one of the two breakdown products of amygdalin, that is the actual key?



2. Is "benzylhyde" something other than benzaldehyde?

Well, I'm actually saying 2 things, I guess:

<td valign="top">1)</td><td valign="top">There is emensely compelling evidence that diets sufficient in nitrilocide are both prophylactic (preventative) and therapeutic treatments for cancer in the same way that sufficient vitamin C is both a prophylactic and therapeutic treatment for scurvy. I've been studying this topic and other medical/health related topcis for a while and feel reasonably confident that this is as close to a root cause as we are going to get.

( I beleive we should all do our own research to whatever extent possible before just taking someone's word for it)



There are, however 'helper' chemicals which catalyze the processing of the nitrilocides. Zinc, for instance is a primary transport across the cell wall. Without such catalysts, no amount of nitrilocide intake would make a difference (it is suggested one eat half a pineapple per day to satisfy this).</td>

Modern Medicine has brainwashed the public into thinking that the treatment of symptoms is treatment of the disease.



Pharmaceutical companies make billions of dollars/year on Analgesics, Cold and Allergy Medications to make us feel better, but NOT to make us <u>well</u>. I, for one, am interested in wellness, and to pursue wellness, we must look to root causes.



Here's an interesting factoid:

Pharmaceutical technology has YET to synthesize a SINGLE cure for ANY disease!
