A buddy of mine in college tried to save money by cutting his own hair. The first two or three trimmings were pretty savage(but didn't we all look a little savage then?!) but he got good at it. Now he gets it "professionally" cut maybe once a year.
Here in this part of Alaska, we all get our water straight from the ground(mine is 280 feet down) including the school where my daughters attend. The benevolent govt gives out "juice" cups with pretty colored flouride in them to swish and rinse with after lunch. That way the kids can be like their city counterparts who get the privileged flouride-charged water all day!
Alas, my girls just have to go thirsty. Especially after I told them about Jones and juice and that little incident way down south years ago. Maybe this is just a slower suicide.
