Animal Planet aired a show called "Eaten Alive" that discusses parasites, tape worms and the like. What comes up in the show is how tape worms and the like can cause cysts and large tumors in the body.

Interesting Radio Series
If interested in this topic check out the mp3 series in George Gordons' radio archives at http://www.georgegordon.org/. There are 7 one hour mp3's starting Nov 19 of last year.

Truly a disgusting subject that will have you running for the colon cleanser and washing your hands 20 times a day.

There are also quite a few programs here covering law that are 'enlightening'.
