Bones (in brief )

Human bones have three (3) layers:

Bones are like a fundament or foundation to a building.

Esoterically - relate to spirit as they are the core.

Related to the Mineral Kingdom and are composed of the same practically.



What Do Bones Do?

Bones make blood cells.

Bones are the framework for your body.

They protect and house.

They allow muscles, ligaments, and tendons to be anchored.

1) The smooth, hard outer layer is cortical bone.


There are three types of bones:

2) Beneath this layer are many layers of cancellous bone.
Cancellous bone look like a sponge. Although not quite as hard as cortical bone, they, are, quite, strong.

3) The third and innermost layer is the bone marrow.

Bone marrow is like a thick jelly and produces blood cells.



How many bones are there in a human?

Humans are born with 300 bones, but adults only have 206 bones.

Why?

Some of the 300 original bones in a baby are made of regular bone and some are made of what is called cartilage.

Cartilage is soft and flexible to start, but over the years the cartilage grows and slowly hardens into bone.

In addition, some bones fuse together.

All of this is part of the normal growth process.

Humans retain some cartilage for life.


Some time between the ages of 16 and 25, this growth process ends and bones retain that size.

As we get older, some reduction in size of bones may occur due to loss of calcium and such.
Women are, usually, more vulnerable to bone decoration as that is controlled hormonally.

Men are more prone to have heart problems as that is, also, affected by their hormones, as well as by their spouse(s)/girlfriend(s) (:


Humans end up with 94 fewer bones than they were born with.

A few more details:


More than half of the body's 206 bones are in the hands and feet.

The skull is composed of 30 different bones.

Spaces between them are called sutures.

There are tiny movements between the skull's bones i.e. between sutures.

Certain compressions may develop headache and even chronic ones.

Stress and atmospheric pressure affect them directly.

In order to relieve headache press the spots, which hurt the most and massage there, applying pressure considerably.

Even though that may hurt a lot, but you would be able to open up the spasms between the sutures of the skull's bones and the cranial pressure may subside alleviating headache naturally.

Often headache is caused by toxins and malfunctioning of the digestive system.

If you have constipation problems, that is usually accompanied by headaches too, literaly, and not only by the extra efforts in the restroom you have to exert.

(I can comprehend many things but do not comprehend why the place where, so often, we have to exert so much tension is called a restroom?
I would not classify such activity as a rest at all.)


Now back to reality.

Toxins buildups from your colon, eventually, get in the common blood supply.

As your brain is connected to the rest of the body via the blood supply, anything that gets or is retained in your blood, eventually gets to your brain.

Any junk food, cigarette's toxins, pollution, ************s and their chemicals, not emptied on time colon - mean that all of the above are flowing to your brain and even affect how and what you think.

Particularly prune juice; most juices in general and good sex alleviate constipation.

By the way, good sex can cure many diseases literally.




The smallest bone in the body is the stirrup bone inside the eardrum. It is less an inch long.

The largest bone in the body is the femur, which is the leg bone that runs from the hip to the top of the kneecap (patella.)

There is a term “funny” bone, but did you know that “humerus” is the real name of that, long bone running from your elbow to your shoulder.

What can I add?

God or Universe, any way, you prefer to relate to the World
are common sense and Cause and Effect Principles.
Anarchy and absurdness are not qualities of the former.
That is why you do not see cows flying all over cities and pooping over your head.
Pigeons were "dedicated" to such "privileges."

And you do not see people being pulled up to the moon
by the anti-gravity of Earth, as
the physical laws make sure, we are anchored here, at home

Some people, refuse to see the Harmony and Order of life, which is based on common sense and laws derived from that.
Any physical or mathematical law, historical or biological
is based on patterns and harmony.


Those who do not see that chose to reflect their, mutated perception of the reality of life through their, own prism of dogmas, perversions, and agendas.
Obviously, the final picture would be altered as well.
Not only these folks would deny physical laws when can; they would deny the physical nature of humans too.

Whether one believes in Spirit and Soul or not, only irrational people would not believe in the physical body.

Physical body has its physical needs.
If the dogmatic followers deny the need of opposite polarities to attract, which is the core of the sexual force (opposite poles of magnets attract, the same repel,)
they, following their "logic," should deny the need to eat and expel toxins too.
Let them try....




Fortunately, many people simply observe the reality and reflect it as is.

In matters of sex and others, I can safely state that

God wants us all to be healthy!

So put 2 and 2 - together.


Any members belonging to any dogmas are more than welcomed
to believe that God does not want them to be healthy.

Freedom of choices is cherished.)


I can elaborate a bit further: God wants us, all, to be healthy and happy!



I would also add that spirit in order get stronger, also needs a stronger and
not weaker body as overall health is needed and desired.

A physical body has its physical needs too, as well as spirit has its, own.

Denying such need, is not, always, beneficial to the body unless the person knows how to transfer the sexual, unreleased energy into the higher channels.

Question: What's really happening when you "crack" your knuckles or feet?


Rarely, you push the joint back into or out of its normal position.

Usually this happens:

When you stretch or pull your finger and hear the popping noise, you are causing the bones to pull apart.
Vacuum (not real one of course) effect is created in the space enlarged.
A difference in pressure inside and outside of joints is increased.

On one hand, pressure is reduced on the synovial fluid and bubbles quickly expand and then burst - which is why you get that noise.

On the other hand, toxins, that accumulate in your body, emit by-product gases which, once, under pressure of a physical motion (as when you crack bones/joints) come out under that pressure and make the noise.

Look at it this way: sometimes, you pass gas.
Well, actually, sometimes - you don't...is more accurate (:

This “cracking” of joints is the same, only inside, as the gas can’t come out through any openings, when it is around joints.
Then, it is released inside your body.


Joints are the meeting points of two separate bones which are held together by connecting tissues and ligaments.

A thick, clear lubricant (made mostly of carbon dioxide and some nitrogen) called synovial fluid is found between the bones.

What can be better than sharing what can with other people, who have good heart to continue the same when they can?

That common chain of good would outlast any chains of slavery or ignorance.

The more we know h ow life operates on different levels, the more complete beings we would become.

Then, once we go Courts or write Statements to the Government trying to reinstate our rights for
Liberty, equality, and Justice to all, we would,
make that impact indeed.

Corrupters fear the knowledgeable and self-reliant people,
whom they can not brainwash.

The corrupters have power only over ignorance and weaknesses.

I share more of the esoteric aspects and not of law for a reason that:

1) That can give many keys to overall, deeper understanding of life to those who search the meaning of it.

2) I study law every night on my own and have deep gratitude for all who provide such, amazing opportunities at SuiJiris, as the knowledge of tremendous and for free, as well as away fro the hypocrisy and greed of typical attorneys.

3) Once, I would get on th level where I need to be, regrading law matters, I would post in those threads more and more but in balance with the esoteric aspects, a know, that combinations, would allow me to withstand the onslaught of judges-attorneys that I encountered in the Court system in NY.

4) I would let life, be the ultimate Judge, what would happen and why.

5) I would accomplish that which is required in order to win even in that gutter of corruption.

6) they have awakened something, they may not be to happy to deal with as I wold be so peaceful not to give them one reason.... and, yet, so relentless, as the lion defending his Pride.

7) I look at most people as, undeclared members, of one Sovereign pride that has been attacked by huge, mutated hyenas in great numbers and on all sides.


8) As powerfully and fearless hyenas are, they can never push the pride of lions, where, the pride of lions consists of lions who chose to cling together and not form separate prides.

9) Hyenas can overturn those prides, where young lions are driven away and only one leader is left as he may not be able to cover all the territory.

10) United lions and lionesses defend their ground successfully.

A beast held in reverence by some oriental nations from its habit of frequenting at night the burial-places of the dead. But the medical student does that.









Hyenas (or Hyænas) are moderately large terrestrial carnivores native to Africa and Asia. They are members of the family Hyaenidae.

Physiology
Although hyenas look like rather large wild dogs, they make up a separate biological family which is most closely related to Herpestidae (the family of mongooses and meerkats). The hyena has one of the strongest jaws in the animal kingdom and an adult of the species has only the large cats of the family Felidae (Lions, Tigers, etc.) to fear. An adult hyena's bite is capable of being equivalent to 800 lbs. of pressure and can be used to crush the bones of dead animals.

Hyenas range in length from 1.2 - 1.5 meters (3.9 - 4.9 ft) including the tail, which is 30 cm (12 inches) in length. An adult hyena weighs between 25 and 55 kg (55 - 120 lb). The pelt can be light to dark-brown on Brown Hyenas, while the color can be grey, sometimes nearly white on Striped Hyenas. Aardwolves have a warm, sand-colored coat, while the coats of Spotted Hyenas can range from dark-brown fur to amber and reddish in color.

In ancient times, large hyenas ranged over much of Europe and Asia, but they are much reduced in range and diversity today. Only four species survive: the Spotted, Brown, and Striped Hyenas (which together make up the subfamily Hyaeninae), and the Aardwolf, which is the only member of the subfamily Protelinae.

Hyenas are also highly intelligent predators, even more intelligent than the lions (some scientists claim they are of equal intelligence to certain apes).[citation needed] One indication of hyena intelligence is that they will move their kills closer to each other to protect them from scavengers; another indication is their strategic hunting methods.[citation needed]

A group of spotted hyenas (called a "clan") can include 5-90 members and is led by a single alpha female called the matriarch. A complicated social hierarchy governs the clan, which cubs often learn before they begin to walk.

Females are the dominant members, followed in rank by cubs, while adult males rank lowest.

Male hyenas, which are usually smaller and less aggressive than females, often leave the clan when they are about two years old.

Females tend to mate with males from other clans, thereby preventing inbreeding. Unlike many other animals, female hyenas very rarely mate with highly aggressive males. Instead, they select calm, patient and charming mates. Patience is especially important since courtship can last as long as a year. For this reason, dominant and impatient males have difficulty finding mates. Despite the complicated courtship, the female raises her pups without the male.

Hyenas produce such nutritious milk that, unlike lions and wild dogs, they can leave their cubs for about a week without feeding them which allows them to follow the herds of wildebeest, thus ensuring they can obtain the best prey.

Scavenger
Despite common belief, only some species belonging to this family are scavengers, and most of the prey consumed by hyenas was killed by hyenas. The brown and the striped hyena are the only true scavengers, deriving most of their food from others, and the spotted hyena is a true predator, and the most effective predator on the African savannah.


ps. when hyenas spirit is prevailing in the Court system exibited by the corrupt ones, hyenas tactics against people are compatible with the jaw structure listed above.

I think we can safely coin a new term:

"Intellectual Illiterates."
