The device above is the Zapper. I have a freind who made two of them. The theory of operation is that the pulses strip prions (protien jacketed viruses) of the disguise and therefore the immune system detects the intruder and well, the rest you probably know about. For instance the device will cure herpes simplex because the virus does not hide in the joints, where there is little blood flow, as speculated by AMA-types; the virus hides in a protein jacket and that is why the immune system cannot attack it until it becomes virulent - then it just goes back into hiding.
You remind me of the dumping of cattle feed containing prions of regenerate DNA. That was during the Mad Cow Scare a few years back. Mad Cow - Bovine Spongiform Encephalitis or (human) Kruetzfeld-Jacov Disease (SP?) is caused by ingesting the brain material of your ancestors - recombining the genomic memory into the present [like the opposite of a time machine]. At first the cattle feed was going to be burned. The prions can survive that kind of temperature and it would be a good dispersal system for the virus. I guess they thought better and decided to dump it on Japan for feed. I called the embassy and warned them not to accept it for either purpose. I lost track of it after that. Somebody probably dumped the feed into the ocean.

one of your hands.] Ergo my pal with the home-made Zappers would advise me to hold wet paper towels around the electrodes during treatment.

Ed thought to modulate the biphasic signal with 28.322 MHz so that the 727 Hz is ringing all around the electromagnetic spectrum - genius! I have used the device to treat people successfully. But for the most part I just keep it under my mattress or in my pocket near my heart or femeral artery (pants pocket if no shirt pocket).
