I don't recommend OJ because of it's High sugar content. Thought I was talking lemons here.
The sugar in the OJ would tend to make the body acidic, countering the alkaline ( basic, for David) effect that it may have.
Peace,
Mark

I have been using lemons and they helped a little bit.
Thank you.

probiotics
Codee, I've been meaning to ask, if you were taking any probiotics. If not, I would highly recommend it.
Peace,

Ideally?... Dom's Kefir Site, enjoy!
But, this isn't an ideal world, so, if all else fails, try asking at your local health food store for a high quality probiotic, not their kefir (commercial grade--next to worthless).
Peace,
Mark

I recommended a cheap probiotic earlier. Kombucha - a delicious tart tea - loaded with living B vitamins.

I am even going to taste the mushroom itself this morning. They reproduce and it seems a shame to throw out the babies. It may be the new shrooms have culinary application. The point being if you are after probiotics, grow them somewhere in the house live so that you can consume them within minutes of harvest.

A very interesting article on the subject; kombucha.
One, I encourage all to read who are considering that option.
Peace,
Mark
P.S. Myself, I'll stick with Kefir
