How to Fast
There are stupid ways to fast in which you can hurt yourself & other ways in which you plan it out properly & reap incredible benefits. The whole point of this is to allow the Holy Spirit to operate more in your life &/or help you change your current diet to a more healthy one. You should be studying what type of diet you should go on, so you have a good escape plan after the fast. I've found the Eat Right For Your Type book to be great for my Type O blood structure.
It is natural to fast. This is evident when animals get sick and do so to survive.
If this is too much, Use the shake & lemon juice routine & try doing just day 1 only.
The next week try Day 6 & 7.
The next week try day 6, 7, 8.
The following week try 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10
The following week try Days 1-3 & cap off with 6-10
Then the next week try the 10 dayer.
Stop making excuses for yourself ! ! !
For each day, you will need psyllium husk powder & apple juice(preferrably the organic) for your daily shakes. You blend 1 heaping teaspoon to 2 w/ 8 - 10oz apple juice. This builds up bulk & both clings to & pushes out all that nasty stuff you haven't eliminated.
Day1
A.M.-Shake
ALL DAY - Eat 1 type of fruit . The subacid or sweet fruits are the safest. I've foun that plums, grapes, peaches, or pears to be the best. Drink lots of water,
P.M. - Shake
From Day 2 forward you will drink a honey OR maple syrup/lemon juice mixture(i prefer the honey). Buy about 10-12 organic lemons. Hand squeeze enough to make 8oz. Out of a pre-refrigerated gallon water jug, pour out 2 cups in a tall glass. In the gallon jug pour in the lemon juice & 8oz. honey. Shake it up & refrigerate. This mixture cleanses your kidneys & the vitamin C from the lemons has powerful anti-oxidizing properties.
Day 2
A.M shake
Drink Lemon mixture All Day
P.M-Shake.
Day3-Day4 same routine. You should have bought enough lemons to make more of the lemon juice.
Day5
A.M shake
Drink vegetable juice all day. If you don't have a juicer, try V8.
P.M shake
Day 6 -shake routine
one kind of fruit
Day 7 - shake routine
one vegetable- I like cucumbers or celery
Day 8- eat 1 fruit then tossed salad all day
Day 9 eat tossed salad all day
Day 10 incorporate fish & steamed veggies
I have experienced incredible boosts of energy, and enhanced my immune sysem from this routine. For spiritual reasons, I do this to decrease my own thoughts, feelings, & choices & look to the Messiah to fill me up as well as guide me in praying for others' needs.
This is also important to condition yourself if BB decides to cause a deliberate food shortage with their transnational food companies to scare people into accepting more global tyranny.

How to Fast
<font color=black[b]I am blessed with a high metabolism so the following may have different results. When I cut out milk, bread, rice, & pasta, & switched to fruit breakfast, steamed veggie/sweet potatoe lunches, & meat/huge spinach salad dinners , I lost so much weight people were beginning to worry about me at the peak. I am back to my normal 155-160. The bloating has ceased.
The fast itself gave me the appetite for a healthier diet.
Oh yeah, I'm on day 3 of the main program right now, and I'm bustin out of the flesh and into the spirit. Man, with all this paper battling, I needed this to get back in touch with Yeshua, His Holy Spirit, and the Father.

A diet I have been following steadily & lock into immediately following the fast is this:
- After Day 10 with the steamed veggies & fish I follow a breakfast, lunch, & dinner routine with fruit, steamed veggies, potatoes, meat, & raw veggies.
Breakfast:
Apples, Grapes or any sub-acid/sweet fruit combo or sub-acid/acid fruit combo. Avoid sweet/acid combos unless a sub-acid is incorporated. An example would be apple/bananna or apple/orange but not bananna/orange. But apple-bananna-orange works great.
If you are to eat melons, they must be eaten alone without any other fruit.
Lunch:
Sweet potatoe or Irish red potato. I microwave for 20min at 1/2 power. I have steamed veggies with the potatoe.
Dinner Week 1 - Salmon each day w/oversized green leafy salad of spinach, mixed greens, cucs, peppers, etc . . .
Week 2 - Same breakfast/lunch concept but I buy those big broiler chickens & cut 'em up in quarters to save some dollars & have salad
Week 3 - Roast beef or sirloin tip with salad.
The thing that is cool is that you start your day w/raw food & close it out with raw food so that live enzymes are constantly working in your body.
Sams club has some really affordable prices, because I'd go broke shopping everywhere else.
After week 3, I plan on starting the fast again & then cycle back to the diet

Thanks!
Thanks!!!
I have not fasted for years, don't know why I stopped! I have been feeling so sluggish lately, both mentally and physically -- this just may be my answer!
Don't know about your diet regime though. Salmon is hard to come by (if it's decent!) in the north! However, I could get ya some nice fresh, family-farm raised Angus locally!
I actually prefer a vegatarian diet, maybe some seafood -- thoughts?
Thanks for reminding me.

Get 2 books for that.
One is called
Eat Right For Your Type. You need to know your blood type so you might need to donate blood to find out.
The other is Food Combining Made Easy by Herbert M. Shelton
or if you can't find it; Food Combining Simplified by Dennis Nelson.
Stick to that & your gonna feel awesome.

hey weis,
Do you buy juice from the store or do you make your own. Just wondering as I've had a juicer for a while and finally got my girl-friend to try some. She's hooked on the stuff now! It tastes a heck of a lot different than that filtered, pasteurized crap you get in a plastic container.
I have been meaning to detox lately but seem to get side-tracked. And it would be hard for me to follow a routine like yours since I have a pretty demanding job and couldn't go too long either without food or just on liquids.
And with my steady diet of pre-packaged garbage I need to get cleaned out. I've been feeling kinda sluggish lately. Wonder why?
