Land Patents

real life,

Look into a 'Lis Pendens' for now.

I don't want to confuse you or compound the learning curve but from your last post--I don't think you know the difference between a loan and a alleged debt.

One real question to ask is who loaned who what?

Go to the downloads section and read the bank loan suijuris flyer. Also,go to the banking forum and read the first few posts there. Lots of case law on this.

godspeed.

How much is the property worth and how much was the "loan" amount ?

I'm assuming you used the property as collateral for a loan -- right ?

It's kind of late for a land patent assertion . . . but if you know the land patent number you might have a chance.

Is the Sheriff holding the sale ? If so, you would have to file for an injunction using the land patent as the foundation. Start collecting your S.C. case cites for that battle.

Land Patents

Hi All

Just reading posts on Patents. I'm wondering if the purpose of a Land Patent is not being lost here.

I think the Patent is to protect a soverign from someone else taking the soverign's land without his OR HER, permission. IE emminent domain, land grabs, judgement without due process etc.

Am I wrong? I keep getting e-mails from desperate mortage duckers looking for the quick 1 2 3 step plan to file a Land Patent. Remember the first step is to get your property description in range section township format then go to the BLM website and follow the easy steps to get a copy of the original Patent or Government grant.

by the way Jerseee I really like your fighting duck logo

Don,

In response to your post I offer you a quote from one of my earlier posts located in one of the threads on the first page of this forum section. Don't miss the older threads in each section of the forum... they will contain basic information that should not be overlooked.
"If you have read the "Land Patent" document available in the download section then you understand that the land is free from taxation because it is free from ALL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION.

I still suggest the book available at ICResource.com "Allodial Titles & Land Patents" by Johnny Liberty for more details."
And, now that we know the land is free from all government administration -- what gives the Sheriff the right to hold a sale of it ?

Also, let us remember that we do not GET a land patent. We only assert our rights in the patent that is already in existence.

Ice
