Glad you cleared that up for us. Thanks!

Unlike yourself who simply makes nonsensical statements with nothing to back it up except something you garnered off the internet.
The pertinent code for “legal tender” has been posted innumerable times, and I have no intention to do it all over again, when it is out there to be found, and as both Shoonra and I have also repeatedly posted the court cases saying exactly what I have said, there is no point in doing that again either. You on the other hand have posted not one bit of backing for your claims and yet get very defensive when some one challenges you. So to answer your question, yes, I have posted the proofs I have spoken of.

Coming from a guy who can't / won't answer the simple questions I pose to him, this really disturbs me....
No, not really....
How much more of your blathering, rambling nonsense do you care to grace us with, ND?

It's no use. You haven't answered questions of mine from other threads, so I know what to expect.
Any ways... carry on with your attorning.

So, in other words, you really don’t have a question, any more than you have anything to back up your nonsensical claims, whereas the actual statutes, and case law say it is all nonsense as well. Since I’ve actually read the pertinent laws, have the actual homestead claim documents, and have done something besides copy the nonsense some other fool put on the internet I don’t feel particularly concerned about your hurt feelings.
As to answering your questions, I have, often at great length, you've just refused to pay attention to any of it, or actually check for yourself.

Are you implying that there are laws that are not pertinent or laws that you have left un-read?
I had formed the opinion that attornors thought they were all knowing and now I find that they are aware of only pertinent laws.
Where does one go to for information and advice on impertinent laws?

No.
A review of your posting history shows, for the greater part, very short, acerbic, and often insulting blurts of cheap knee-jerk (no pun intended) propaganda, devoid of substance.
Have you considered running for any of our great democracy's "offices" occupied by statist politicians?
Considering the above, you seem highly qualified.
