New to the Redemption Process

Actually, I probably need to say that&I don't have sufficient knowledge of the process.& I have been studying for over 2 years and I still don't understand it, and don't know what to do first.& I have started reading CTC3 for the second time.& There are so many places that will help you with the process, but I'm not sure which ones are trustworthy.&From what Ican gather from some is that there are different processes that are used, and some appear to be more effective than others.

&I also have got to be cost conscious with it.& I have been reading the posts on Sui Juris for several months now.& I feel like I ought to understand more than I do.& I don't even know where to begin.& I would appreciate any help, advice or direction that I could get .

I am really illiterate when it comes to the law and legal terminology.

Whirlwind,

For starters read HJR 192 and the constitution. If you have read CTC3 twice then certain words and phrases will jump right off the pages at you when you read those 2 documents.

In my opinion, these 2 documents are the foundation of your freedom. The constitution and HJR 192---in that order.

CTC3 is a great start, but it can be misleading. I say this because it leads the reader to believe that the process is very tedious. I believe this is to the profit of those that charge high rates for document preparation. While you must pay attention to the details, the UCC filing can always be amended later. So why the stress?

My recommendation is that you do not pay anyone to prepare your docs, do it yourself. If you do not feel like you understand it, there is no purpose in paying someone else to do it for you.

First, prepare your copyright notice. Other than the UCC filing fees, the copyright notice is the only thing that should cost you more than your time.

The name issue as taught by CTC3 is a great tool for dealing with all forms of debt collectors. But they do not equip you to deal with the courts, so keep that in mind before thinking you can respond to John Law as taught in the book.

I certainly know how you feel as I myself am relatively new to this myself.& I did like you, and read what other people were posting.&

If you are looking for a place to start, maybe you should think about why you started looking into redemption in the first place.& I don't think there is any magic place to start.& There is usually something that a person wants to do first.& Then you should ask questions about your particular situation.& As you get answers to your posts research what you don't understand&about that particular post.& That way it is not so overwhelming.& After a while, it will start falling together and you will get brave enough to make a move.

You've already taken the first step... you asked a question.& The next step is just as easy... ask another question.

Actually, I am not of the same opinion as others.& I believe the vast majority of processes being hawked are not necessary.& If you act like a Sovereign... then you are a Sovereign.& It is up to another party to PROVE their assumption/presumption or assertion that you are not a Sovereign.

The best thing that you could do is to know and study the law and bone up on court procedures/rules.& If you stick with it long enough it will become second nature.& Eventually your confidence will grow and&any lack of self confidence&that you're feeling at the moment... that will vanish.& Hang in there.& Ask questions, check the downloads page and stories&frequently for new stuff and check out the links provided for more information.

I think your first step was an excellent one.& Look at all the assistance given... and you can bet that it would be offered again and again.

Thanks to all of you for your advice and direction.& It was suggested to start with my copyright.& Is the one that is used in CTC3 alright to use, or is there one that is better or more complete.& I have the address that Sui Juris posted to a newspaper that will&run the copyright.& I'm juast not sure about the form to use.&

The CTC3 is okay to use... do you have the "updated" notice or the one from the original CTC3?& They did&an update which was posted at UCCSG.COM.

Copyright is okay... but I really don't think that it's the most important thing you can do.& The most important thing that any of us can do is to act like Sovereigns.

I don't know exactly what you mean " to act like Sovereigns".& At some point don't you have to "do" something.& I haven't filed taxes in 3 years.& Someday I'm going to hear something from the IRS.& Don't I have to send them something telling them that I don't feel that I'm& required to pay taxes, and for them to show me the law/code that requires me to pay taxes.&

I know that I don't have to file a UCC1 for that, but I feel that somewhere down the road that it might be necessary.& I also&want to get a land patent, and don't you have to declare that you are Sovereign in order to do that?

If my questions seem stupid, please bear with me, because I really am just starting to learn.

Don't feel alone...there's a few of us newbies.
This "stuff" is soooo BIG!!!! Most of the time I just read, but once in awhile I'll throw in a comment or 2 cents.
I have to check in at least twice a day and see what all the "big guys" are saying.
The only question that is stupid, is the one not asked.
It may just hit on something that will help another.

I know what you mean.& I've been reading for a long tijme.& I log on several times a day to see what the "big guys" are saying.& They seem to have so much knowledge.&

Guess I'll keep reading, and asking questions and maybe someday I will understand it a little bit.

Somebody said somewhere that it is really not that complicated, and I'm hoping that one of these days something will just click and then I will understand.
