I don't know, maybe is part of the problem they are working on. Trying to change it to other format it might fix the problem you are encounter.

Would you not need to change the names of quite a few so called "states," several thousand cities and towns, names of rivers, mountain ranges, technical geographical and geoplogical terms, an ocean off the west coast, the name of a very large continent, etc. before you can make that claim?
