Yes, you can do it.

The land can only be granted. The improvements or your Real Estate (your house) can be sold and hence, a point of negotiation.

Just don't tell them you are procuring the land patent.

How bad your house is located ON your land! Their problem, not yours....

You may have financial problems now. But as much as possible, try to keep your home "clean" or away from future financial obligations.

No you cannot do it. For land to be into allodial title it must be unencumbered by any means. When the land in question was hypothecated as collateral for a bond, it became encumbered.

Question Are You Sure???

SO WHAT "manros" SAID IS INCORRECT??? I HAVE ALSO HEARD THE SAMETHING FROM ANOTHER SOURCE, THIS IS NOW GETTING CONFUSING, WHICH IS IT AND WHAT IS THE CORRECT PROCEDURE??? DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY INPUT ON THIS??? "manros" WHAT IS YOUR INPUT??? I HAVE HEARD FROM OTHER SOURCES THE SAMETHING YOU SAID, IS THERE SOME PLACE WHERE I COULD REFERENCE THIS???

SOME SAY THIS PROCESS IS VERY SUCCESSFUL ONCE A PROCESS SERVER SERVERS A NOTICE TO THE PROPERTY EVICTING THE PARTY INVOLVED... DOES THIS SOUND CORRECT???

So on top of drunk driving and vehicular homicide, you are now contemplating adding fraud and bail jumping to your repertoire. Why am I not surprised. I should warn you that bondsmen take a dim view of that particular activity, they don't play nice when they come to get you, and that question above is grounds for revocation.

The bondsman’s lien will stand behind anything ahead of it, and ahead of anything that follows it, in other words, you are wasting your time. The lien will stand unless there is one superier and ahead of it.

It is a simple question to anwer, the answer is NO.

There have been no land patents granted since a moratorium was placed on them in the 70's, and the only ones available at the time were only for mining claims. In any event your property doesn’t qualify since it does not belong to the govt, and they are the only ones who can issue a patent.
